The new adults only area is a nice bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff

Fone in room didn't work, bidet was broken, toilet cistern had only 1 usable function. Food could have been a lot hotter at all meals, definitely more than 2 toasters given the number of people. Need to sort out the sunbed situation, people were going b4 7am to put towels out, no one enforces the 10am rule. Sunbeds in the adults only area really need looking at, there were so many unusable because of various breakages.

Beautiful hotel, really lovely staff, spotlessly clean, beautiful pool area and private adult area with sunloungers close to seafront with cooling breeze. Lovely warm welcome when we arrived, the man who checked us in was so friendly, i cant remember his name but his wife is Irish, i complimented him on the survey we filled out while at the hotel. Our flight was delayed so I notified the hotel & the kept two plates of food for us in the dining after end of meal service. Very welcome after a long day travelling, that and the lovely glass of Cava. Huge comfy beds, large bedroom & daily cleaning service if we wanted it. Plenty parking for our hire car. Food was lovely, the deserts and pastries were all home made & delicious. I saw the pastry chef come out many times to make sure everything was still well presented & replenished long before plates were empty Also like to thank the lady who came out from behind reception one night to take a photo of my husband and I together when she saw us taking photos of each other. Lovely to have a nice holiday photo that's not a badly taken selfie. I would highly recommend Hotel Sara Elba

I gave a 9 only because there isn't an option for 9.5 or nearer to 10.....My one complaint was the quality of the cutlery. The knives were sooooo blunt they wouldn't cut the most tender of meats or vegetables, not even sausages. Food was constantly landing on the table off our plates when trying to cut & I saw the same happening all around me at other tables. I often left meat on my plate, as did my husband, purely because my knife wouldnt cut it...and i HATE food waste, it annoyed me. Surely replacing old knives can't be a huge expense for a hotel. It was the one single fault with an otherwise fabulous hotel.

The view from our bedroom (515) was a fabulous sea and pool view. Sunrise was visible on clear days. There was a huge selection of food and drinks in the all inclusive. There was always sunbeds available so no need for the morning rush to get the towels out. (Based on the capacity of the hotel in May, this could be different during other months)

One of the pools was not heated so everyone tended to flock to the one pool that was heated. Air conditioning was not turned on so nights got a bit warm. We had to open the balcony door for a breeze. This allowed noise to travel in.

The hotel is not far away from the airport. Check-in was easy. We were offered sparkling wine&juice. There is a room where you can leave luggage if you check in early. Also you can rent a pool towel, getting deposit back when towel returned. The room we had was junior suit. Big beds and very comfy. Spacious bathroom with shower and a bath.Amazing balcony and fantastic view. All staff are nice and friendly. Always here to help. Fantastic lads from the animation team! We did enjoy the amazing food in the buffet. Plenty to choose from. Overall, we did enjoy every day of our stay! Definitely, We will be coming back.

I had such a wonderful time at the resort. I got upgraded and went from a simple double room to a Junior Suite which was marvellous. The staff was really nice and friendly and always accommodating. I was able to check out late too since I had a flight in the evening. The pools /pools area were nice and clean, with an only-adult space. Lots of activities going on even if I didn’t partake in them. Breakfast and dinner were nice, with a different menu every evening, the change was nice. Really well located, not far from the airport so you do hear during the day a few planes passing by but only for a min max. Also located almost at the middle of the island so if you have a car you can go everywhere and visit what you want. The resort have an app with the hours for the different restaurants, the planning of activities, booking of excursions… I will definitely recommend this resort to people and might even come back myself as I loved the island !

Immaculate hotel, staff and facilities. Felt welcome start to finish. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and beds are so comfortable you don’t want to get out of them. Food is a solid 10/10 for fresh and plentiful options for all tastes. The fish is so delicious. Loads of sun loungers and love how respectful people were not to leave towels down and vanish.

This is a fantastic and stunning Hotel we had a perfect stay!!! The reception staff were warm and welcoming on arrival. When we walked in we thought wow this is a stunning hotel inside and out its elegant and the grounds are beautifully well kept the pools are also impressive some of the best I've seen!! The rooms are modern with best shower I've used!! The food at all times is exceptional in all restaurants!! Lovely themed evenings in the buffet restaurant. The views of the beach and sea are amazing I'm missing it so much... The hotel is close to amenities and a short walk to the town.. The bars at the hotel have a fab atmosphere and have great entertainment!! Thank you to all the great staff at the Elba Sara you are all amazing!! We will be back kind regards Julie Lawrence x

The staff were lovely and even upgraded our room. We moved from a hotel which was awful. So this was incredible in comparison. The entertainment was funny, drinks were great, pool area and lobby very clean. The food was great and a good selection.

would have been nice to have entertainment running into the late evening. It seemed to end about 10:30. With live music sometimes running later. Maybe this is different in peak season. But that is the only thing we can fault.

We’ve been here multiple times and are due to go again this summer. Absolutely love it here, it never disappoints. The hotel itself is always so clean and smells great but the staff are really what makes it.
