Great rooms (we had superior doubles in the back block) with good sized balconies, large beds and spacious showers. Food was very varied and good quality with something for everyone although a bit hectic at peak times. Staff were really friendly and efficient. Really liked the beach ‘club’ and spent most days there as the beach is superb and the bar staff super friendly and there was live music most days late afternoon to enjoy.

The external areas aren’t the prettiest as the slides give it a rather industrial feel, but plenty of sun beds and good facilities for young kids.

It was fantastic for as for us, adults, as for my son 6 yo, but unfortunately he was not speaking Spanish, and animations were almost for Spanish-speaking children.

After my stay I received an email from Booking that the hotel informed them that we didn't arrive to the hotel. It was really strange, but even before there were some problems with payment: I paid the half in advance and I had to call them few times because they didn't arrive to find my payment. The second half of amount I paid on the Reception desk and it seems to me that they didn't connect my first and second payments.

It was a few mins walk from the beach and the pools and slides were excellent for the children.

It needs some TLC in areas. Rust on radiators, peeling paint on ceilings in bathroom, broken decking by the pools, broken clothes airer on terrace, parking isn’t sufficient so had to park on the street and the Balinese Cabanas by the pool were often empty the whole day until the afternoon, but all sold out and so nobody else could use them. There should be a half day period payment system. The hotel is missing out too financially!

Check in was straight forward and staff were friendly. Our room was very spacious, clean and well appointed (we opted for superior room with balcony) We also opted for All-inclusive, food was delicious, very Spanish which we loved ,churros for breakfast and lots of paella! Plenty of drink options and snacks all included. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. It's about a 20 mins drive to Gandia old town which is worth a visit too.

Sadly the pool didn't open until the day we left which we had not expected. This wasn't an issue for us, but most of the staff speak little to no English so wouldn't potentially be tricky if you don't speak Spanish. However, if you can speak some, they're very helpful at filling the gaps!

Cosy, clean, silent enough and comfortable room. The kids club was open, so many activities for the little one during the day. Good food with reasonable selection variety.

Restaurant could improved. First of all adding more staff, as there were some issues with getting restaurant cleaned and tables ready for new coming people. We found some difficulties to communicate with restaurant staff as only few of them were able to speak English. Freshly made omelets or scrambled eggs and butter for the breakfast would be highly appreciated.

Great hotel would stay again no worries super taff etc.

Some people (holidayers dont respect that people go to bed) before 11pm noisy guests!!!!! 1am and later!!!!

Love the different food options lots to choose from for me. The grill was superb. I appreciate the app and the offers of trying other things.

Not really a dislike more of an observation my partner who mostly eats poultry had to settle for fish which he only eats occasionally. Again no big deal he didn't starve there were vegetables.

Food was exceptional. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Beach bar was excellent.

The pool, slides and jacuzzi were closed. Due to the weather this had little impact on the holiday

Nice Hotel, beds were very comfortable and big, drinks in the mini fridge, microwave was available in the room, good food choices for breakfast.

The balcony door was very hard to close.

Great food, big variety every day, breakfast, lunch and dinner! Drinks, even alcoholic drinks included! Beach bar included with hotel services! Amazing!
