The entire experience was excellent. We did not expect the hotel to provide such a variety of food and drinks. A bonus was that the bar offered branded alcoholic beverages. Every Wednesday, there was an outdoor BBQ with a variety of vegan and non-vegan meals. The pools were clean and HEATED, staff made a great effort to provide entertainment not only for children but also for adults. We will definitely return to that hotel next year

When you choose cleaning every second day, bear in mind that if you arrive before the weekend, there is no room cleaning service on Sundays. This might overlap with the second-day service, and you could end up with your room not being cleaned for a couple of days. Ask the reception to explain this service in detail.

The hotel is modern, clean, and packed with family-friendly energy. Staff were kind and very patient with kids. There are mascots, kid-friendly activities, and a beach that’s worth the trip to the south of the island. Our daughter had an amazing time, which made the experience worthwhile. The mid-range room was comfortable, and the food options were plentiful.

Very crowded. Hard to find a spot by the pool. Outdoor pools are small, umbrellas fly in the wind, and the indoor pool is limited to 2 hours, paid, and not very inviting. Kids’ arcade games cost money every time, and the kids’ club felt dark and unwelcoming. It’s not a restful place for parents – just a change of scenery from daily chaos.

Break fast and lunch were excellent with a large selection, The entertainment team were very good , branded drinks included in all inclusive

The evening meals had a varied selection only downside some of the dishes were cold in temperature, The indoor pool is undergoing refurbishment so there was quite a lot of noise when we sat on our balcony which I feel we should have been informed of prior to our stay

Just back from our 1 week stay (with a 8yo kid), would have gladly stayed longer! Big room with a balcony and a kitchenette, very clean, comfortable beds, AC, amazing staff and animation team, and great food - every day something different but always delicious. As all Iberostars, great for kids, although better for smaller kids (perfect up to 8, maybe less for bigger kids). Close to the sea, but not much to do around.

The tables at the restaurant are very close to each other, with not much wince to circulate to the buffet, and very little space to eat outside despite the amazing weather.

Lovely property with a choice of 3 pools, sun beds etc poolside restaurant was our favourite so we ate there every night Entertainment for young kids was fabulous & great quality with motivated staff Food & drinks were high quality All staff were super friendly & helpful

Main restaurant was very like a canteen… it’s a shame the poolside restaurant couldn’t be used for breakfast Distance from town was further than we expected but used electric bikes My teenager needed a lot encouragement to join activities which was a shame because he didn’t really join in !

Nice and clean rooms, large beds, comfy mattress, 4 pools for big and small with water slides, 5 min walk to a beach with no wind (unique on this Island)

Great food all day long, however, the meat was often a bit tough, chewy, or contained tendons.

Ultimate all-inclusive. Variety and quality are so good that even hurt you as over the whole stay your poor soul is always in temptation. Drinks are included as well. Our room faced to wasteland used as spontaneous parking but it caused no discomfort at all. Room's, facilities' condition is... decent. Not new but clean and working. No claim. A thing to do: hotel is located near Pico de la Zarza - the highest point of the island. There is 8ish km, 800D+ hiking route to there. It's worth visiting imho

1. Beach towels are provided but exchange schedule is quite complicated 2. The second pool is not heated and it's really cold. So in fact only one, the heated, pool is available in February 3. The hotel is quite far from everything. There's not much life outside. It's not a downside, just a fact

The staff everywhere in the hotel was super nice and helpful which makes the experience very pleasant. Ideal hotel for a family holiday, lots of things for the kids to do and also activities for the adults if you have the time. Very pleased with the food in general, great breakfast, great lunch and great dinner. Me and my family have really enjoyed this holiday and we almost haven't left the hotel, as we had everything there.

Nothing in particular that I didn't like, if I have to comment on it, I would say the triturated tomato, (that you typically put on your toast, if you are Spanish) it was on a big bowl, so you serve on your plate, there should be some small bowls so you can put it in there and take it to your table so you can spread on your bread. I used the little pots for the ketchup that were on the other side of the food area. So that is my only complaint. Not so bad.

The hotel was amazing! We got a glass on champaign when checking in and even got a room upgrade. We had the all inclusive offer and breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. Amazing daily offers and drinks all day long - they left all of the bottles at your disposal so you can have a drink whenever you wanted and create your own cocktails! They had breakfast from 08:00 until 10:30, then another continental breakfast at the pool bar from 10:30 to 12:00pm. Lunch from 13:00 to 15:00 and snacks and cakes from 15:00 to 17:00, of course, drinks all day long! We were there in February and one outside pool was heated so you could definitely swim. The sea water was a bit more fresh but you can also definitely go in! The staff was so friendly and nice and helpful. On the day of check out we could still hang by the pool until our flight at 6pm and had lunch included that day. The gym is small but practical and needs to be booked in advance because of Covid (you can book it one hour in advance though so it's not inconvenient). It is very close to the beach and the pool area was clean and spacious.

Everything was amazing: only note that you have to pay to use the tennis court

Everything was wonderful. Very relaxing! All inclusive really was all inclusive. We didn’t want for anything! 10/10.

I’m a harsh critic but I genuinely cannot fault anything here!
