Comfortable and clean all-inclusive resort. The food was good. Within walking distance of stores and can walk to Peguera, if need be. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from Peguera Beach. You can walk to Cala Fornells from the resort. We had a car and there was plenty of parking. There are two sections of the resort - Fergus & Magnus. The Fergus section houses two pools. One pool (the big pool) is a kids pool where adults can go too. The upper pool allows kids and adults, but it is the quieter pool. In the Magnus section there is another pool that is for kids and adults, but you can't use it if you are staying in the Fergus section.

This resort is specifically for families with young children. If you are a single adult, an adult couple with no kids, or a group of adults on holiday without kids, this resort is probably not be a good fit. However, if you do have kids and are looking for a good resort in Mallorca to go on holiday, this place is a good place to stay.

- Great service; We had to check out earlier unfortunately but a got a refund for the last days. Also our lock and fridge broke down but got fixed asap - Also swimming pool was great for the kids - Food and drinks were decent

- The resort is build on a bit of a steep hill, which can be a bit of a challenge the walk in the heat - Same if you want to go to Peguera centre, quite the walk - Swimming pool was super crowded and people claimed beds very early

Our family has stayed at this wonderful hotel twice now, and each time it has exceeded our expectations. The food is delicious with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, satisfying all tastes. The hotel grounds are always well-maintained and clean, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. We especially appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who are always ready to assist and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is divided into regular rooms and Magnus rooms, with the Magnus rooms being newer and better. However, last year we stayed in the regular rooms and were also very satisfied. This is an excellent hotel for a family vacation with children. We hope this won't be our last visit to this hotel. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

Swimming pool open only to 6pm. We were in April so we had only few ours of the good weather per day … When was really warm outside water was still cold and then when temperature of the water was growing up, the swimming pool was closed

Sometimes the glasses werent cleared quickly at the pool area, will encourage wasps.

The hotel is fantastic. It has many games and entertainment for children. the animators are a wonderful team, especially Ruben, my daughter loved playing with Ruben every day. the pools are beautiful. the food was very varied and the rooms very comfortable. Ruben really put on an extra effort to make people around him confortable and happy I totally enjoied the games that he played and his energy celebrating every win of the kids . I will definitely return

The food variety was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The activities for the kids were very good.

People wake up before 7am to lay their towels on the loungers and reserve a spot. If you arrive at 7:30am, you won't find a good spot near the pool, even though it doesn't open until 10am.

We had 7 days all inclusive stay,Everything was simply perfect: reception, staff, food, drinks (special thanks to Carlos with his amazing cocktails) entertainment and evening shows (our kids loved Marcos with parrots). All in all, highly recommend for families with kids.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice warm continental breakfast was provided every morning. The hotel was located 30mins drive from Palma airport. But there is a beach and market nearby. Hotel also runs a shuttle service to the nearest beach.

The bathroom was smelly sometimes, particularly at night.
