The view is spectacular .. from the Spa and from the bar deck all day, it really comes to light at Sun set though. We had a great room (116) and the view there was just as great, the chairs at the balcony was great and so was the rest of the room

I personally think it is too cocky to charge the hotel guests for using the spa, should absolutely be included like in other high end hotels on the island. If not then at least only charge your guest half price! The bar/cafeteria is much better than the restaurant with a more relaxed and quiet feel to it

Blown away by the natural beauty and fresh air of Cruz de Tejeda. The Parador was wonderful , Amazing views from our room and the restaurant, bar and terrace. The understated, sophisticated design of the hotel complete with great modern art was lovely and relaxing. The spa was stunning, it was a little on the pricey side but that infinity pool overlooking nature's drama was incredible and awe inspiring.Staff were great and very helpful. Our stay was memorable. The drive up to Cruz de Tejeda from the south of the island was quite challenging butvwe are so glad we did it.

Fantasitc views, enjpoyable SPA, recommend to go at sunset times and see the sunset from the infinity pool and then if you are lucky you'll also see the Moon. The room had spectacluar views of the beautiful mountain landscape. In the morning the view was so clear that we could se Teide on Tenerife and even the shawline of Tenerife.

The only thing we believe that could be improved is that there could be a water kattle and some tea and coffe in the room. Also in the SPA the staff was hinting on the strickt 1.5 hours that you have in the SPA and even whilst we were already leaving encouriging us again to leave,..

They don’t provide any kettles, basic cuttlery/ plates etc for rooms to use and when you ask for it, they say we don’t provide room service. So if I needed tea late evening, I had to go to the cafe to order it/ pay for it and bring it to the room myself. Also, the cafe is closed after certain hours so I’ll end up without tea/ coffee etc.. this can be easily rectified through providing a kettle in the room which I understand why they don’t do, so they end up making more money. This is the 4th time stay here and I will stay again. This has always been frustrating for me but the perks outweighs issues like this.

The situation of the hotel, the view is stunning. Although there had been an error in the reservation of the restaurant the head of service gave us a table by the window - the food was very good.. The welcome in the Spa was nice as was the one in the bar Hygiene seemed to be very important.

There was no warm water in the morning - I had to shower in cold water due to a technical problem. No apologies was offered. The service was somewhat erratic ( very good or not up to standard at all) and information geneally unclear. The SPA is nice but really expensive.

The location and view are amazing! I got sick and it was very nice to have a balcony with this view to still get to enjoy our days here. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely come back next time.

There aren't many vegetarian options at the restaurant and in general the menu at the restaurant could be a bit more interesting and flavourful. Also, it's a family friendly hotel which means during our stay there were a lot of babies and young children. The rooms aren't sound proof.

My husband and I stayed at de Cruz de Tejeda mid January'24 and really enjoyed our one-night stay here. Hotel is located in a lovely spot, the views on a sunset are beautiful here. There is plenty parking space just outside the hotel. Hotel facilitated my request for double bed (instead of two singles). The room was very spacious with a nice view. You need to pre-book the SPA if you want to use it (extra 35 eur pp and limited to 1.5hr which I think was enough time, it is not a big spa). The SPA facilities were ok (don't expect luxurious SPA) and a little bit cold, it has tiny sauna and steam room but worth the visit for the view from outdoor pool and a hot tub outside. We didn't have breakfast here so no comment.

The rooms are a little bit outdated. Food at the dinner was average.

View from our room was amazing! The room size is very OK. A reservation must be made at the SPA center for the time slot of your visit. The outdoor pool is wonderful. Try to choose a time slot with less people, around 17:00 it gets very busy and loud.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Hot dishes must be ordered at the table, but the service staff is so busy that it is difficult to place an order. The food is brought cold and tasteless. The buffet selection is small. Not worth the money paid.

It’s a cold hotel 🥶 lots of glass and we had cooler weather during our stay so everyone was cold and the fireplaces remained closed - to raise the temperature in the bedroom takes days and it is capped off at 22degrees. The bedrooms are very basic and not very comfortable to sleep. We had the couples massage but did not enjoy as the AC was on and the therapist couldn’t/wouldn’t turn it off as we shivered and complained of the cold

Absolutely stunning location with fantastic views of the volcanic crater and the sea with sight of Tenerife in the far distance. Amazing sunsets. Excellent hotel with excellent facilities. Our room was excellent with fantastic view over the valley (volcanic crater) and the sea. The spa was a fantastic experience - having a swim in the pool overseeing the valley and all the veiws was just breathtaking.

Staff generally very polite and accommodating, but a few were very slow and seemed overworked being on duty from early morning to late night both days of our stay. This was especially apparent in the restaurant.
