I loved the sparkly lights in the pool an very kept vaulted ceilings an crockery an microwave not much spoken English but all was well an resolved the best was laundry cleaning lady washed an folded neatly to pack properly for leaving to airport following day an the fresh smelling bundle an cosy room . Felt secure .an the excellent people area has a super.arket for toasties an there was a treat of cheetos an water in room on arriving. Has lockable gates an pass codes not so.ething I am used too but I got along once I got the knack I adore that the canyonning decathlon meeting point is not so far from hotel had an amazing day an following with the essential airport transfer . All good.

I needed a taxi as finding it would be difficult but as I like the title of airport hotel I felt assured an this even though English translation was through Google was not a problem.

A tranquil stay, just what was needed. The staff are wonderful and attentive. I will miss my lovely continental breakfast sitting in the morning sunshine. I can't say enough about the staff and always busy doing something from cleaning and maintenance to service with a smile.

No restaurants nearby. It's a quiet residential mostly area and I had no hire car. It's about a 20 min walk to Telde. You can't walk to the coast. I ended up booking a taxi there & back costing around 7 Euros each way but well worth it. It's about 15 Euros to the airport if you don't have a car. The shuttle service mentioned wasn't available & I only discovered this after booking

Excellent location, very close to the airport and within distance for driving anywhere. Staff were very friendly, there was a little bit of language barrier but everything still went smoothly. Rooms are clean and tidy, daily housekeeping and even provide water and snacks. Would definitely stay again!

We didn’t hire a car because we thought there would be public transport around, little did we know the only way to get around if you don’t have a car is through taxi. I just wish there was any mode of transport for hire within the property even just bicycles . Another would be getting affiliated with a taxi company that will answer their call as when they tried to call for us nobody picked up the phone so we ended up walking 20 mins downtown and lookout for one ourselves.

Very strange location and quirky exterior but the staff were very nice and helpful. Large secure parking. Room was large and well equipped, comfortable bed and recently renovated. The hotel is in the middle of a downtrodden neighbourhood without many facilitities so this is really a hotel to stay before an early flight. And for that purpose it excels.

No restaurants within walking distance.

the place is made with soul, my favorite is the on-site gym and the meditation area near the Buddha sculpture, there is also a pool on the property, but we didn't get to use it. Private parking, excellent rooms, pleasant staff. we were allowed to leave our things for a while while we were traveling to pick them up before we left, which was really great!

the first room we stayed in had problems with the door to the bathroom, but we informed the staff, so I think it will be fixed in the near future, also if the window of your room faces the road, it is quite noisy at night with the window open, but the room has air conditioning, so it is not a big problem either

My friend and I had to book this hotel due to not being able to fly home until a doctor gave us clearance. We wanted it to be near the airport. Would definitely use this hotel again if I am in gran canaria

Spending more time as it looked fab it has a zen atmosphere and I would have liked to relax in the garden beside the pool.

It’s a cosy place and has the facilities I needed. A (simple) breakfast is included! Although this was not mentioned on the website. A friend of mine stayed over for two nights and the owner was very flexible with this.

I booked a double room that was supposed to have two beds according to the website, but it had only one. The room was a bit noisy.

Nice building conversion, with some character in good sized rooms. Great bathroom and shower. Handy coffee machine and kitchen equipment in the room. Decent breakfast served at reception area, with toast and coffee.

Room description said mountain view, but I had no view, just a noisy road outside. Terrible designer lighting in the room made it impossible to read. Toilet not flushing on arrival but just needed water turning on.

I can't explain, how wonderfull this place is, not 10, but 100 points! Starting from the whole concept to every person working there! First of all, the greatest gratitude to prsonel for helping us with moto-bike-issues! These people do not just help when you ask them, they feel when you need help! The best staff ever met in a hotel (but i'm travellung a lot all over the world ;) It's a small hotel with general Oriental idea. The rooms are not big, but so well equiped! We had air-condition, TV with internet access, fridge, microvawe, coffe-machine! And you get a nice welcoming box with champaign and sweets. The breakfast is served in a small separate biulding and you have a feeling as if you came to a coffe-shop. So cool! Coffe/tea/cocoa with milk/juise, toasts, cheese, hamon, sweets, friuts etc. And everything is served specially for you! There is big a open-air jucuzzi, ping-pong, some other sport equipment. A spacious car parking is ideal for auto-traveller. I wish we stayed there longer that just 3 nights!

If you travel on foot or by bus, that would be a long walk from bus stop or to the beach. But that's the best place for car-travellers!

Very tranquil and very friendly staff. Nice breakfast and clean large rooms.

The location is a bit remote and you defiantly need a car to get there and be able to travel around but there is lot of parking available.
