Beautiful room and location - very chilled out and easy. Good tv and clean/comfy bed! Really great shower pressure! Super easy via public transport from the airport :)

It does say shared bathroom but I didn’t expect it to be as shared as it was - was more like a (very nice!) hostal with only double rooms. There was one toilet/sink and then one bathroom with toilet/sink/shower so definitely potential to end up in line as there were multiple rooms. We didn’t have any problems - had to wait for a couple of people to shower before we could but was prime morning time. Again not a problem at all but think could be clearer on the listing how many it’s shared with.

In general, it is a nice small guest house, bathroom and kitchen are nice and clean. However, I did not lie my room because, although it was clean, it had a very bed smell.

I'll keep this in English mostly because I hope it reaches a broader audience. If you ever felt like you wanted, a weekend getaway in Las Palmas, this is the place to stay. Forget complications with hotels, boring lobbies, endless check-in proceedures. Enjoy just being able to go to the cultural center of the city, next to one of the most goreous Cathedrals in Spain, with everything you ever needed in your phone and safely secure behind number coded locks. Check in was as easy as opening a door. The common area (which we never used except for the Kitchen and the 'shared' bathrooms) are goreous and you feel like you are walking into a home rather than some corporate getaway. The rooms are seperated so well that we only noticed that we had other people sharing the living space when we got home after a dinner out and heard that someone was using the shower. The rooms are divine, comfortable, accomodating, and the beds are so comfortable that you drift into a blissful sleep in a well aired room. With easy access to kitchen an extended stay with home cooking is possible for those that just want a getaway. With an amazing view of the Cathedral and the central square from the roof-top terrace, you can also dream yourself away with a glass of wine just gazing at the beauty of the city. When I booked this room, it was because we found a good on booking, me and my partner would have no idea how this 'simple' room could be one of the highlights of our weekend. I will be coming back to this lovely place.

Literally nothing. I was skeptical about having a shared bathroom, but with two easy accessible toilets and a huge shower (singular shower, locked door) this was no problem at all.

The location beside with the view of the cathedral was jaw dropping. The cleanliness of the entire place was spotless. The terrace was a bonus. The beds were super soft, pillows were perfect.

We were sick the entire time so we couldn't enjoy the area as much as we wanted to but because the location was so great we felt like we were able to be involved.

Santa Ana is more like a serviced apartment without all of the facilities. We were very fortunate to have the room with its own private bathroom. The plaza is absolutely beautiful and the view of Santa Ana Church spectacular, we were worried the church bells would keep us up and wake us too early, but they seem to only operate from 8am to 8pm and are actually beautiful to hear.

Bar downstairs was a bit noisy at times, but, everything was quiet by around 11pm. The lights in the main room did not appear to work, only the lamps.

Loved the location overlooking Cathedral and the plaza.Perfect Place to experience Ambiance of the Cathedral & Plaza watching the World go by on the Balcony with a coffee….bells tolling for Mass.kids on way to school.people going to work..dog walkers and people relaxing having a bite to eat r drink at restaurant below…Tourists visiting Cathedral..lovely lovely location with seamless & helpful host.

I can fully recommend this place!! Very reliable - I checked in at 3am and all was ready for me with very clear instructions. The staff was super friendly and let me deposit my bag for a bit (only possible till cleaning is done). I had the single room and the bed was comfortable and big enough for me (I am 1.90). The location was perfect, right next to the St Ana cathedral. I didnt see the terrace but must be nice.

The location (Next to Santa Ana's Cathedral) was perfect and easy to find. The way in was so easy and user-friendly. The appartment itself was really big and comfy, with all the necessary stuff (full equiped kitchen, big bathroom, two toilets, ...). The bedroom (for 1) was really comfortable and I had the best night of my trip there aha

The communication skills of the host could be beter. A lot of information to get in and I had to send a picture of my ID to get in ( I worked in a guest house before, I know it's compulsory but I could have done it myself if I was given the link).

We booked 2 rooms at very short notice when my husband became ill on our journey home. The owners were amazingly supportive - gave directions to get food, where to get a taxi to get to the hospital etc. The location is fantastic - close to all amenities, walking distance to main shopping precinct etc. Apartment and rooms were so clean and well kept, I have absolutely no complaints. The view from our room was stunning also. A real bonus.

In one of our booked rooms there was no fridge but this room was right next to the kitchen where there was ample room in the main fridge to keep the likes of water.
