My stay in a suite overlooking Santa Ana Square in the capital of Gran Canaria was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the charm and beauty of the city. The suite itself was luxurious and comfortable, providing me with all the amenities I needed for a memorable stay. The location was ideal, as it allowed me to immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Santa Ana Square. From my suite's window, I had a front-row seat to the bustling activity below. The square was a hub of energy, with locals and visitors enjoying the lively ambiance, street performers, and the enchanting sound of live music. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking views from the suite. Looking out over Santa Ana Square, I could see the stunning architecture of the surrounding buildings, adorned with colorful facades and charming balconies. The vibrant atmosphere of the square came alive, with people going about their daily lives and creating a sense of community. Exploring the city from this central location was a delight. I was able to easily visit nearby attractions, historical landmarks, and immerse myself in the rich culture of Gran Canaria. The charming streets surrounding the square were filled with quaint shops, cafes, and restaurants, offering a variety of culinary delights and unique shopping experiences. The suite itself was elegantly furnished and provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. The attention to detail and the luxurious amenities made me feel pampered and relaxed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Moreover, the hospitality of the locals was remarkable. The warmth and friendliness of the people I encountered during my stay made me feel welcome and appreciated. They were always willing to offer recommendations, share their local knowledge, and make sure I had an unforgettable experience. The location is superb and the property beautiful,spotlessly clean and tidy.Well equipped kitchen makes it good for families and longer stays.The little worries stated below would not stop me staying here again,in fact as I now know these details it makes it more likely! Communication with the owners (when i had internet connection) was easy, quick and they were very helpful.

No staff are here .Key pad entry to the building and key box details are only supplied on the day of arrival.If you have no phone or internet connection this could be a problem,particularly for overseas visitors.The terrace keys are seperately in the room not on the key ring.

The place is amazing, it is a beautiful house right in the center of Las Palmas, with a shared terrace where you can go and have a drink with the best possible view of the city - the plaza and the cathedral. You have a kitchen where you can prepare your own breakfast and so on, and we even had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The only thing that we didn't like so much was the noise - since the place has several rooms that have a shared bathroom, kitchen, terrace and living room, sometimes it was a bit noisy in the morning. We also had only one window that was looking to the inner part of the building, so we were not getting sunlight inside our bedroom, but otherwise everything was absolutely perfect!

Very basic accomodation but when you accept it, the place is nice. Spent there four nights. The old town is very beautiful and peaceful at night. There are many grocery stores, shops and restaurants within walking distance. I liked especially that the San Telmo bus station was close because I used the busses so much. I didn't use the roof terrace much due to weather but it seemed nice (smaller though than in the pictures). My room was next to the kitchen and the smaller toilet. It was small and had a window to the sort of a inner "yard". I could hear some disturbing noise from the corridor etc., but mainly it was okay. There were shelves, hangers and hooks for clothes and other stuff in the room, and a small water bottle waiting. Good communication before my visit and in the beginning of it but please note that you won't see the owners.

Some noise from doors slamming etc,. (even during nighti time) and from other appartments in the building, Some of the kitchenware were outdated and there was no oil, pepper etc. (only salt and several packs of grill spice for some reason :D), those would have been nice. I've sent the owners some other ideas/feedback separately. The bed was a bit sweaty because it had a plastic sheet in it. The actual sheet on top of the plastic one was too small, it didn't stay in its place. I got some insect bites during night, they must have come from the window, which I had to keep open during the day to get fresh air (noticed the bites only on the last day, they didn't itch like they usually do, so not a very big thing).

Santa Aña Suites location is beautiful and my room overlooking the plaza de Santa Aña was perfect. The 2 balconies the room had to offer was perfect for a coffee in the morning or a late night beer. The location is quiet too, even the Cathedral de Santa Aña silences their bells from 10pm-8am waking up to a beautiful sequence of bells chiming at 8am. The local bars are of good quality too with lots of historical places to visit on your doorstep. I also loved the roof top terrace for a couple of beers after a long day sightseeing. Shared bathroom was great too, a decent size, kept clean and the shower roomy with high water pressure and water temperature never dropped. The security is spot on too with a security code on the first door and a lock out box inside to obtain your room keys. The owners contact you directly via text message/WhatsApp as this is how most of us communicate these days but also via email and Booking.com app. I love this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

What's not to like? This place is amazing!

I would return in a heartbeat! Perfect central location, easily accessible by public transport, close to Triana district, surrounded by great restaurants and bars. And nothing can beat the panoramic view over Las Palmas from the terrace. I had room/apartment n1 with view towards the cathedral. The room is huge with beautiful high ceilings, clean and very elegantly designed. The bed is comfortable and shared bathroom is huge. I hope to return soon again for a bit longer this time.

Nothing, It was perfect

It’s really an apartment converted into a B&B. You pick up the keys from a lockbox which makes it very easy. There are two rooms which have balconies that look out onto Plaza Santa Ana - they are both lovely rooms - one of them in en suite and is my favourite. The other one you have to share the bathroom, but there is a second toilet too, so I’ve never had any problems even though I usually prefer en suite. Both rooms have their own fridge, so you can keep drinks or whatever. They are lovely period rooms with high ceilings and original wood shutters. I usually stay when there’s an event on in the Plaza, but be aware that when there is an event on, it will be noisy, but on the other hand you can sit and watch from your balcony. There are some other rooms which do not look out onto the square, but I haven’t stayed in these, as I would choose this place for one of the rooms with the balconies and views.

Very nice place just in the heart od the city. Beautifull teracce with greate view on Santa Ana. Big room, huge bed, nice style. We had version with shared bathroom. It was always clean, and no problem with queue. Kitchen had everything to prepare breakfast or warm diner.

If You have a car, You need to leave it far from the place (400-500 m), because it is close area. On other hand You have nice walk in the city center ;)

The apartment is huge and really cool. Even tho there were other guests there was enough privacy. There are all the equipments you need such as: fully equipped kitchen with beautiful view to the street, big comfortable bathroom and stunning roofs top terrace! The place was cleaned any time of the day ; which I really appreciate, and its position is remarkable for city walks. The communication with the owners was super smooth and helpful

The room is nice, comfy and clean. Same for the bathroom. Terrasse is romantic and the night view is amazing. There are a lot of equipment in the room and the kitchen. Location is perfect. Thanks a lot also for the baby bed. It was perfect. I recommend 100%

There is a bit of noise in the morning coming from the street if you let the windows open but that's part of the experience of being in the historical centre of the city. Take ear plug with you maybe
