The apartment was in an ideal location for us. Flat level walk to the main historic and shopping areas. Local bars, restaurants , cafes and small supermarkets were very close. The main foodie areas were about a mile away on a level walk. A bus stopped right outside that went to the edge of main streets. The door codes etc were easy to use. Excellent WiFi. The beds were super comfy. The best air con we've ever encountered, so quiet and effective.

Small gripe with the response of the management team to small issues. Unfortunately the handle on the window was missing and it was impossible to open the window. We reported it to reception by phone and message. Housekeeping was to be told but nothing happened. Had to find a cleaner and ask for a hairdryer as it was missing from the apartment. Communicating with Smartr wasn't particularly easy. It was hit and miss getting the phone answered. Gave up trying to report a blown lightbulb and kettle issue. Shame as everything else was good

Staff: The staff at were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, their warm hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. Condition of the Place: The apartment was in excellent shape. It was clean, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. It's evident that the management takes pride in keeping the property in top-notch condition. Functionality: Everything in the apartment worked seamlessly. From the appliances to the Wi-Fi, I encountered no issues during my stay. It's always a relief when everything functions smoothly, and certainly delivered on this front. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I will definitely consider booking here again in the future. Thank you to the staff at for making my trip so enjoyable!

The apartment was comfortable and quiet and had good facilities for self catering. Also toiletries for the bathroom which was helpful. Codes for the doors were easy to use for entry

The online check in is complicated with having to upload both a photo and an ID before we were able to access the codes for the 2 entry doors. We had the apartment on the 6th floor and there was no light on the landing at all.

Appartment is like on the photos Comfy bed, and facilities

Kitchen equipment very poor, the area is not the best always some weird people around, not the best view as the building in front is super close.

Proximity to almost any town by local buses

We took tea and coffee sachets as we were told that these are not supplied. Found it really frustrating that there were no sugar sachets at the flat. Also, there was only one big plastic bottle of Body/Hand wash in the bathroom which had to be used in the bathroom sink as well as the shower.

There were no instructions or general information folder in room to tell us about bin collection / towel / line. Changes etc.

The location and facilities of the accommodation are good.

There is a bad smell from the blanket and pillow.

The recepsionist was very nice ❤️ The apartment had everything inside what u needed.

Good central location in Las Palmas. Large modern apartment. Good communication from receptionist regarding arrival time and collection of keys.
