Great location, close to the historic center of City - you could easily walk to Old Town. And to San Telmo Station. Great terrace with Ocean view. Access to washer and dryer, that in the summer is absolutely great.

It might not be a great disadvanteage. At least was not for us. But the street is located up the hill. You could take a cheap taxi from San Telmo or walk up aroud 300 steps to the hotel. But the view is compensating for this.

Patricia, the host, was very attentive and understanding . There was little bit of mix up with the rooms but she took care of it. She spoiled me with a gift after some disturbance some evening. Very close to city centre and bus station. We walked most days, couple of times we took a very affordable taxi 5$ Pharmacy and a small grocery store right next door.

Neighborhood was a bit too sketchy for my liking. Didn’t feel at ease to wonder. The area is quite old with some houses being renovated.

The room was spacious and the theme was great in the room. There was facilities to wash and dry your own clothes, a fridge, power shower, wardrobe and kitchen appliances. The rooftop was a lovely area to catch sun rays daily. With the weather always being hot and sunny, you can really get yourself the best tan, the place provided sun beds. There is seating and tables to relax on, have lunch or dinner on! Fantastic apartment! They gave me a wine bottle on arrival too! Thanks!

The only thing if I really had to say would be that the place is a little hidden, however its like the perfect hidden gem!!

The room is exactly as in the pictures, spotless clean, everything you need for cooking is provided in the apartment. It is true that without car you have a lot of stairs to climb so if you are not renting one, do take a taxi with the luggage. It is not in the center if the city, but not far away from an amazing park and the historic center which is amazing. So not so noisy when you want a good rest. The apartment has also netflix(in case anyone wonders) which is not mentioned in the description here but valuable for the fans of the platform. The terrace was amazing and always clean. Everybody was super nice and helpful no matter how little English they were speaking(the cleaning team). Simply not one thing to whine about.

The apartment is very good value for money, well equipped with all necessary conveniences. It is especially well located if one wishes to use the buses to explore the island. San Telmo bus station is handily close.

The appartment is excellent in every way, but please note that it is on a hill and there is a steep walk up some stairs to get to, if you are not using a car. No problem at all for a reasonably fit person, but for others please keep in mind.

really modern has everything you need to cook your own food and be self sufficient. we are currently backpacking around the canaries and this was our treat property :) the location was a taste of true Spain ..

I wouldn’t say I disliked this because we are mobile and able to walk distance and use public transport so wasn’t an issue for us however if you have mobility issues, it is located up a fair few steps, so this could potentially be an issue but for us wasn’t !

Our stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people and very clean. We had everything we needed. We needed to contact the host - she was very helpful and prompt.

I don't have any complaints about the accommodation, nor the location which is very close to the historic center, however be aware that the apartment is on the hill and there are a lot of steps if you go on foot.

Modern and fresh apartments, exceptionally clean with nice bathroom. Washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor. On the top you can relax on a sunny roof terrace with great views of Las Palmas and the Sea. Staff is very friendly, helpful and reliable

Everything was fine for me.

Otherwise for a Solo traveler the place was a very pleasant stay.

The only draw back to this place is that it is a little bit in the middle of nowhere and at the top of a very steep hill.

We have to climb about 300 stairs to get to the apartament, the location was on the top off the hill.
