This is one of my favorite places in all Canarias. The apartments are equipped with everything for daily life, bathrooms with great shower. My fav features are a washing saloon including a dryer and a big roof terrace with gentle breeze and nice views of LPA. From downtown either reach it via 260 steps with activated sports mode or by a yellow bus dropping you off in 5 min. walking distance. Find a small supermercado and a farmacia round the corner. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Muchas gracias

🫧It was very clean 🏡The room is spacious and the building has a nice terrace 🏖️To the beach area there are plenty of busses for 1.40 eutro and half an hour ride 💧There is a tiny shop 1 min walk to get drinks and water 🚍To get to apartment is easy from the airport- bus station is near, 15 min away from the apartment

We liked everything, just a warning to people who has less power to walk-to get to apartments you need to climb high. But the neighborhood is friendly and mostly local people, no tourists.

It was easy to find the place, easy to get parked relatively close by, easy entry, was sent a pin for the main door and told a location for the room key. Room was very clean! The lady that worked there every morning was super lovely and helpful and attentive, there was a slight smell coming from drains right outside our door but honestly the lady working was more worried about it than we were, she was working on it every day to try and get rid of it and kept apologising to us and asking how it was improving, honestly we weren't worried about it as the room itself smelled fine. We were left a free bottle of wine which we didn't drink anyway but it was nice of them! And I was sent a happy birthday message how lovely! The lady even brought us some leaflets of places we might have wanted to visit. We had total privacy throughout our stay and there was a lovely rooftop terrace for having a bevvy and a smoke if you so wish on a night. All in all fab stay great value for money as we were on a budget

Tiny bit warm with no A/C but no problem as opening the window and door for a few moments on an evening cooled it down to a nice temperature!

The kind and attentive staff made us feel welcome and were always ready to help with any issues. Being treated to water and wine and then Cava as well for the New Year celebrations. Thank you. Great facilities in a comfortable apartment. Views over the city from the rooftop terrace. Superb location for exploring on foot or via public transport (San Telmo bus station just over 10 minute walk away). Use of washing machine and tumble drier before flying home. In summary, we thought it was all great!

Nothing, it was all terrific. Even the 350 steps up to the apartment were good exercise.

Great location, close to the historic center of City - you could easily walk to Old Town. And to San Telmo Station. Great terrace with Ocean view. Access to washer and dryer, that in the summer is absolutely great.

It might not be a great disadvanteage. At least was not for us. But the street is located up the hill. You could take a cheap taxi from San Telmo or walk up aroud 300 steps to the hotel. But the view is compensating for this.

Great place in Las Palmas, not far from the center if you dont mind some stairs ( its on top of a hill). Parking was surprisingly easy on the street outside, just make sure your mirrors are put in :). Very friendly hosts - helped us with airport transfer. Clean, tidy, descent kitchen, good shower. Comfy beds!

A toaster would have been great. One of the pans didnt work on the induction stove - hard to fry an egg like this :) In general this place is great.

The apartment and hall was clean and new. Any questions were answered quickly (usualy witin minutes) via. booking app. The apartment was as seen on photos, they also have a lovely terase.

They do not have air conditioning, so that is something to be mindfull of, but we had no issues with that. Other than that, all was good.

Patricia, the host, was very attentive and understanding . There was little bit of mix up with the rooms but she took care of it. She spoiled me with a gift after some disturbance some evening. Very close to city centre and bus station. We walked most days, couple of times we took a very affordable taxi 5$ Pharmacy and a small grocery store right next door.

Neighborhood was a bit too sketchy for my liking. Didn’t feel at ease to wonder. The area is quite old with some houses being renovated.

It was easy to locate the building and how to enter in the room. The room was clean. It has everything you need to cook for yourself in the kitchen. The bathroom was clean, with new furniture.

The room was spacious and the theme was great in the room. There was facilities to wash and dry your own clothes, a fridge, power shower, wardrobe and kitchen appliances. The rooftop was a lovely area to catch sun rays daily. With the weather always being hot and sunny, you can really get yourself the best tan, the place provided sun beds. There is seating and tables to relax on, have lunch or dinner on! Fantastic apartment! They gave me a wine bottle on arrival too! Thanks!

The only thing if I really had to say would be that the place is a little hidden, however its like the perfect hidden gem!!
