breakfast is limited and as the dining room is small, you aregiven a time slot but may still have to wait. only one member of staff on duty in the dining room so getting a table relaid or more food can take some time too

Amazing location right in the heart of the old town, and the view from the roof top bar was stunning. Very nice room with nice finishes and very nigh ceilings.

Everything was perfect. The small boutique hotel is located in the heart of the old town of Las Palmas, which is the most beautiful part of the city, picturesque and quiet. Both the room and the common spaces of the hotel were spotlessly clean, decorated in elegance, modern yet respecting the architectural history of the dwelling. The staff was professional, friendly and willing to help anytime. Breakfast was excellent, full of fresh delicacies.

Just a minor drawback, we would prefer to have some complimentary drinking water refilled every day of our stay. It's a small extra cost for the hotel, but it adds great comfort to the clients, and thus adds value.

The hotel, decor, location and staff. Completely gorgeous. Lovely big, luxurious, room, with excellent bathroom. Perfectly located for old Town. Staff friendly and helpful. A real individual gem of a place.

Breakfast was average. And my real grump everywhere atm - NO FULL LENGTH WARDROBES - impossible if you wear midi/maxi dresses. No tissues in bathroom. Bedside light switches are so high up you have to get out of bed!! Because you are in a pedestrianised area you have to get cases 10 minutes walk from hotel up cobbled streets. Not easy for lady with HUGE case, and arthritis. Would be good if someone could assist or an alternative picking up / drop off arrangement - even for a small fee.

Superb location in the St Ana Cathedral square, with a good choice of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The hotel is in a historic building and traditionally furnished. Our bedroom, which had excellent very high ceilings, was extremely comfortable. with good beds, a great shower, a nice little fridge, water and wine glasses provided and a good espresso machine. Excellent roof terrace and bar on the 6th floor, accessible by lift, with superb 360 degree views over the city and out to sea. Bus stops nearby - yellow 1 & 12 take you to Canteras beach, Blue 303 takes you inland to Vega de Mateo. We really liked eating at La Picadita, a few minutes walk away. Good service, plenty to watch, and excellent food! Airport bus 60 stops quite nearby, at the Theatro Perez Galdos bus station

Great historical building, spacious, grand tall-ceiling rooms, full of character. Well-designed facilities, bathrooms.

We were first allocated a room on ground floor, which was exposed and rather noisy. We upgraded the next day to first floor - and a great room. The breakfast is really DISAPPOINTING. Few choices, crammed serving area, stale bread and dry croissants (from previous days?). The management should look into this - as it detracts from an otherwise wonderful stay.

Everything! The style of the building, so beautifully decorated with a Grand staircase and a lift for easier access to the upper floors. The rooftop bar is phenomenal with the most incredible view of the cathedral. The staff were so friendly, the breakfast was superb and the sweet farm style pantry set up is co cosy in the breakfast room. The room was beautiful, the wallpaper in the bathroom and the lighting as great. I loved the shower as well- the great water pressure. Also in a fantastic location in the arty old part of Las Palmas.

Love, love, love this hotel! Beautifully designed and decorated! From the moment we were pleasantly greeted by Nerea we knew we made the right hotel choice! Miguel was also wonderful. Both so informative and helpful making transportation arrangements and helping us with restaurant recommendations! Our view was lovely overlooking the plaza, hearing the church bells and listening to people enjoying themselves. The rooftop bar was a plus! Breakfast was in a cozy room with nice options. A truly special boutique hotel! We surely will return. Thank you .

The location on the cathedral square cannot be better. The hotel is in an expertly adapted and renovated fine historic building with a remarkable Art Nouveau façade, perfectly maintained. Spacious, nicely appointed, immaculately clean rooms. The front rooms command a great view on the square and cathedral. Breakfast was fine, a good choice of tasty food served in a charming interior - feels almost like being a guest in a family house.

The hotel is within a pedestrian-only area (which is good, noise-wise). One can drive a car conveniently close to the hotel, but finding this place may be tricky. Enquire in detail in advance if you are coming by car.

Beautiful historical building with all modern decor and conveniences, in the most perfect spot with so much ambience. ALL the staff were excellent but I have to mention Renea who is the kindest, friendliest, most helpful, laughing and delightful hotel receptionist I have ever encountered. She is simply marvellous. We thoroughy enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing we didn't like. The hotel does not have a common lounge area, but there is very comfortable seating in the room.
