The access and response times from the Poem Suits was very good, everything was done trough whatsapp, easy and fast. The rooms were pretty nice, matching the images presented on booking.com Very good positioning for groceries, beach, main road, etc.

The walls are pretty thin, and if you have the bad luck to have some noisy neighbours it can be a challenge to sleep in the night. The quality of the furniture in the kitchen was pretty low, but good enough to be used. They have elevator but to reach the elevator you had to take the stroller over 7-8 steps, which makes it wheelchair not accessible.

Very spacious and clean apartment, with everything you could want all in one open-plan space. Very big flat screen TV. Amazing views of the harbour, and AC was excellent. Great communication with staff and easy contactless entry to the room, and the hotel is in an excellent location with access to all around.

The bath drain plug was broken, and therefore difficult to drain bath at end of use. The water temperature does not last very long, and water goes cold fairly quickly, especially if you’re trying to run a bath. Construction noise from above/beside our apartment was very loud on the last couple of days of our stay, for a couple of hours in early morning.

The apartment is in a fantastic location 50m from the beach. The bed is a great size and very comfortable. The shower was large and powerful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities such as the washing machine, kitchen equipment, ironing board etc were excellent and it was lovely to have complimentary toiletries, kitchen products etc. Brilliant easy access in and out of room and apartment block.

The iron in our room needs replacing. Other than that I couldn’t fault the property!

The design is very cool and unique. It has an interesting shower. You have everything you need like even washing machine. Beds are vey comfortable. It is 2 min walking to the amazing beach. My favorite one :) the internet was good, People are friendly.

No ventilation. All humidity stays in the room. Sower is not closed completely so, the air from the shower is coming straight to the room. Same with drying clothes. Need to open the windows. And outside many many cars that produce lots of CO2 and the air that it coming in is dirty. Cleaning didn’t pass even once in 4 days. They changed once our towels only when we asked.

The location is amazing and the property is modern and nice. It’s like 50m from Las Canteras beach which is amazing because it’s aabout 3km long and you can jog there in the morning. Staff was helpful, check-in with codes was nice - no need to see anyone. The candles added a bit of extra romantic feeling which was nice!

The bath tub was amazing but maybe just for cold baths. :D My partner is a construction engineer and said immeadiately that the size of a bath tub and hot water boiler doesn’t add up. The hot water boiler is only like 30-50l and the tub needed to have hundrids of liters of water to be able to have a bath. We wanted to have a bath so desperately that we boiled lots of water many times on the stove. Other nights we gave up the idea of having a bath, too much work. TV was in Spanish and Netflix needed to have own account (we didn’t have) so couldn’t enjoy that. Or maybe there was something I didn’t understand and didn’t bother to contact anyone and ask.

the bed drove me crazy keeping splitting in the middle because it was just 2 small beds pushed together. the kitchen exhaust was working backwards from the apartment next to mine trnasmitting all kind of cooking smells all night which was very ANNOYING! the shower in the middle of the room was so weired.

I liked the location, on Las Canteras beach and only a 2mins walk from the famous Mercado de Puerto and the multicultural La Isleta district of the town. I like the concept of having your own suite and having the very helpful staff at reception in person and there is a 24hour WhatsApp service you have access too.

That I don’t own one of the various types of suites myself!!

Very very good value for money. Staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Property was simple and clean Location was perfect, back end of town, close to the beach and local shops. Easily accessible from taxi. Bus station was an easy 15 min walk as we caught bus back to airport.

The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful with good communication using WhatsApp. It is situated in the town near Santa Catalina park, with good transport links both to the ferry and the airport.

The air conditioner in the bedroom did not seem to be working. Although the one in the main room was working well.
