Quiet and nice apartment!

- There was strong a smell in hallway and in the bathroom of the apartment. Other parts of the aparment were good. - the Cleaner lady did not show up to clean the apartment as we agreed with her in the middle of the stay.

Central location for beach or into town and within easy walking distance to main bus station for airport or trips throughout gran canaria if you've not got a hired car. The urban beach apartments is in a quiet street we never heard any noise from traffic etc. Would highly recommend these apartments everything was perfect for a week break in the sun.

Could have been more information on the apartments regarding access. It wasn't straightforward some of the arrivals were having difficulty including myself with codes etc. .

Roomy, cozy, overall well equipped, and first and foremost really nicely placed, with the beach literally 30 seconds away on foot, and many close-by opportunities for getting really good groceries (which is important when you choose Piso/apartamento (for having a kitchen) over staying at a Hotel…) in the Mercado de Puerto as well as nice enough local supermarkets (Spar, Superdino etc.)

Would have liked a terrace/balcony (well it just isn’t there…not much to do about that). The apartment was really cold, especially in the 2 bedrooms when we arrived, and there were only thin sheets, no warm blankets, so we actually had to sleep with full clothes on the first couple of days, even if it was around 30 degrees C in the day… It was probably due to heavy use of the aircondition before we arrived, and the 2 bedrooms were situated deep inside the edifice next to a ventilation well that was quite cool (and moist) as the apartment was in the bottom of the building. After a few days of just letting fresh air in instead of air conditioning, the place became much nicer…

The apartment has everything for the comfortable long stay. Very good location, close to the beach and nearby entertainment.

Internet speed via WiFi 5Mb/s - not sure if it is fast enough for nomads. Air ventilation in the bathroom is almost not working.

- Modern building (like new) and modern apartment. - not even 2 mins walk to Las Canteras Beach with many restaurants - several pharmacies around - a spar shop 2 mins walks away (and a HiperDino 5 mins away) - shopping Center las Muelles 10 mins walk away - Poema del Mar aquarium 10mins walk away - if renting a car, 5 mins drive from the main roads to go around the island. - comfortable bed, cot bed available. - towels are provided - full size fridge - smart TV with all apps - washing machine for clothes + rack really good for families!

Phone app for door entry only lasted 24 hours, i would strongly reccomend getting a manual entry card, conflicting times you need to vacate the room

Clean and spacious apartment in an excellent location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Efficient check in process and good communication from the host.

Plastic mugs for hot drinks, we ended up buying some china mugs which we left in the apartment

The facility is close to the beach and has everything a person needs.The cleaning staff was very pleasant and helpful...

Maybe a little bed hygiene in the living room.

Close to the beach and stores, quiet street, cleanliness, customer service very responsive

Somethimes noisy neighbors during the night, but thats the deal when living in apartment house

Perfect location near the beach and restaurants, fast internet, great shower. Quiet location.

Cleaning under the sink and in some other areas could be better.
