Building on sea front - good. Apartment at back - not so good. It's an aparthotel with a reception desk and helpful receptionist.

We had booked the de luxe with view - and we were really lucky to get the best appartement on 5th floor - 5A - it is really big and with the biggest terrasse with view overlooking the ocean. I am really thankfull to the hotel because we really could enjoy our breakfast and dinners on this terrasse with the greatest view. Kitchen is good and bedroom very nice too.

the only thing - is that some neighbors very smooking a lot outside on the terrasse - as it will cost them 100€ smoking inside. And we had some of their smoke coming to our terrasse :-(

Awesome location and roof terrace - as the photos show. Our room was great, we were slightly upgraded from "city view" to mainly overlooking the ocean (on diagonal - so also some street). Room next door was entirely over the street, and there are some rooms that only look into a tiny court yard. The rooms are very well equipped and the cleaners come every day. EG good kitchen range; washing up liquid, shampoo/shower gel, large TV. And that view :+)

The only slight gremlin is that our corner room (and the one entirely overlooking the street) are on a bus route - so lower few levels can be a little noisy at times. Not a big deal.

It was my 4th stay at Colon Playa. However, we stayed in an apartment with a balcony overlooking the ocean and beach this time. To be exact, on the 5th floor apartment 5B. Just one word...fantastic. The apartment was huge and very comfortable. The view was incredible. I always choose Colon Playa because it is right on Las Canteiras and close to everything like supermarkets, restaurants, great swimming with the reff protecting from the big waves. nice staff and good price.

there was no cutting board in the kitchen.

It's a service apartment (hotel) so actually they have 24 hours reception, there is no problem with the keys and you can leave your luggage which is great for our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. The beach is just right outside of the hotel, which is perfect for our swim. Love the view from our window and balcony. Lots of nice restaurants along the coast right outside of the hotel, very good local food! The Taxi station is just on the next street, which makes it so much easier for us getting to the Ferry port after checking out in the morning. Very good value for money.

Nothing at all. Will surely come back next time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even gave us one of the best rooms at the 5th floor with a very big terrace with sunbeds and amazing ocean view. The place was very clean and close to the main shopping centers, supermarkets and the best part of Las Canteras beach. The room was very spacious featuring a small but very well-equipped kitchen.

Nothing to complain about!

This is the fourth time I have spent my holiday at the apartementos, the rooms are fab, most have balconies overlooking the beach literally yards from the front door. Its on the promenade, filled with great restaurants, cafes and shops. The rooms are roomy, nice and spacious, well appointed with a little kitchen, a great bathroom with shower, and a table and chair for sitting inside and table and chairs to sit on the balconies. One does not need anything else. A fridge, cooker, microwave, manual coffee maker and kettle so I am completely independent and it saves lots of money on eating out. I should really keep this fabulous place secret... I am booked again soon.

What a great space for a studio apartment! Big, light and airy. Located with a beach and sea view at Las Cantaras, Las Palmas. Excellent kitchenette and bathroom. Fantastic staff especially Jose on reception who was so friendly and helpful! Cleaning lady also lovely and obviously does a good job as the place was immaculate. Very comfy beds!

It was a little noisy outside because this was a Saturday night. Not a problem for us as we slept in late.

Thank you for hosting us – it was an unforgettable experience. The studio was incredibly spacious, and the balcony offered breathtaking views. The property’s location, right across the Las Canteras Beach and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and grocery stores, made it even more special.

However, the rooms could benefit from better soundproofing.

Staff were exceptional apart from 1 night staff which wasnt helpful when my family arrived. Great location on the promanade right in the middle. Would stay here again. Apartment was so clean.

The one night staff when my family arrived late as they were stuck in traffic. Very unfriendy not helful at all.
