Our room was big and light with an enormous bed and a spacious walk in shower. There is coffee and tea making facilities. The hotel is in a good spot for the boulevard and for transport. Very friendly reception.

When you walk in it looks a bit tatty. The blue carpets are stained. The little reception office a bit cramped. I feared the worse for the room, but the room was great! We didn't know how to get water in the coffee maker...maybe some instructions.

The room was very spacious with funny decorations. The location of the hotel is perfect; close to the beach and restaurants. There is also a 5 euro/pay at walking distance. (Near the aquarium.) If you have a lot of luggage, you might want to drop it off first.

The room was not properly cleaned. Looked like they might have been in a hurry and just replaced the sheets and towels. The room was a bit hot and the aircon didn't have the power to do much about it.

The hotel should notice guests via booking that their breakfast is 8 min's walk from hotel, and starts at 9am which is late for some travellers. I'm grateful that the hotel agreez with the refund request of breakfast. There is many great cafes closer to the hotel which might be more convenient.

A breakfast at the hotel. I had to leave early for work and the restaurants at the beach were not yet open. Only at the back of the hotel is an external possibility to have breakfast. But not ideal.

We got an upgrade to a bigger and better room which was facing the Park, on the first floor. The room is modern and super well appointed. Has a very big desk, which allowed two people to work side to side. The internet connection was good. Everything about this room was fine, from the bed to the bathroom to the lighting, and it was spotlessly clean. The pictures don't pay justice to this place. The acquarium theme unconventional, but I even found it pleasing. Good airconditioning, which in summer times is key. I also liked how useful the staff was.

There is nothing that I didn't like about this place.

Location perfect near shops bars and restaurants and close to bus station for visits across the island. Port is close by and lots of good hiking trails and the Aquarium is a must visit.

Weekends can be noisy as bars/clubs next door/ underneath hotel.

The room was lovely, comfortable and spacious. The terrace was an added bonus. Hotel is ideally situated for bars and restaurants. Not far from the beach at Las Canteras. But if you want a hot shower.avoid.

We arrived on Monday, no hot water thought it was down to the time we was getting ready to go out. Tuesday different time and still no hot water, not even a trickle. Nobody on reception to inform. Wednesday managed to report but by evening still no hot water. Thursday we checked out. Not impressed at all. Will not be returning.

Great location by a very nice park. Located near the beach but not near the hustle and bustle of tourist shops. 8 Mins walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which offers bus connections all over the island.

The staff were very friendly, the receptionist was so nice and spoke perfect English.

I’m not a fan of the open plan design and the lack of privacy but it was just 1 night so we managed.
