I liked the location, the staff and the room was very cozy with good air conditioning and comfy bed. Decent and affordable dinner at the adjoining restaurant. They have a comfortable lobby room with plenty seats, a table and 2 computers with room to leave your luggage and rest until you have to leave for the airport. Luggage is not under lock and key, but I felt safe to leave it there as the reception staff are quite attentive. I had late flight and spent a few hours walkabout and when I returned my luggage seemed safe and sound..nothing missing so..cool.

There are shady characters in the area but overall I believe it to be that way in the whole of the town..not hotels fault.

Bedroom very smart and clean. View only of back yard a shame. Comfortable. Reception staff ‘Greta’ helpful and pleasant; superb, a credit to the organisation.

Wifi didn’t work properly - not sure why. On arrival day we had been up since 0500 am…..so had an early night at about 10.00pm….all good until people upstairs somewhere made an awful racket from about 11.15 pm, and clogs or heeled shoes made a terrible racket just walking about on the tiled or composite floors . They probably had no idea that their walking about itself was such a racket! Oh for slippers or soft shoes late at night, or perhaps a carpet floor.

Sleeping - very comfortable bed. Room - spacious, but had a vintage smell, bathroom fresh renovated with new equipment and good design. Food - delicious and fresh. Deserts - the best ever. Staff - very friendly and helpful, english speaking. Location - very good very close to beach and other facilities.

The location was perfectly situated to the Bus Depot of Santa Catalina and the Boardwalk on Canteras Beach. The Hotel breakfast is not worth the price as the cost is too much and coffee is teriible even the espresso, for an extra fee, was horrible. Down the street cafe's are way better and great prices!

Comfortable, clean room in an ideal location for the beach and the walk along the coast. Friendly, knowledable, and polite staff. Powerful shower, plentiful toiletries, and near to eating/drinking places.

Check in was easy, I got in the room way earier as it was ready. I spent only one night as on the next day I had to catch a flight, but that is a hotel, where I could stay longer. The hotel is few minutes away from the beach, which was surprisingly beautiful and clean. It definitely deserves a longer visit. Nearby you can easily find plenty of shops and restaurants. The bus station is also pretty close.

Nice stay from one week in this hotel, with just around the corner the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. My room was very hygienic and the bed was each day superbly made, thanks to the professional chambermaid.

The location is perfect, quite literally next to the beach, and in a nice neighborhood for tourists. The staff was very professional and attentive, and we had no trouble at all with the place. The rooms tho small were quite nice.

As mentioned the rooms are quite small, but that's manageable if you're here for a couple of days and don't have many needs. The wifi was also a bit slow during the day but that's negligible.

The position is perfect- literally on the beach although on the second line. Clean, fresh, friendly personal.

The breakfast was ok but repetitive.

The location was excellent, it was a 2 minute walk to the beach. The staff was very kind and I felt safe as a solo traveller.

My room was very small compared to the price I paid for 2 nights. It was clean but I just expected it to be a little bigger, it was a tight walk.
