An excellent apartment, highly recommended. Fantastic location – close to everything. The beach, shops, restaurants, bars, public transport, and parking – all within a short walking distance. The option of a parking space, especially when there are no available spots on the busy streets, is invaluable. The apartment (Dreams) is very well-maintained, clean, and spacious. Despite being located in the city center, the apartment is well soundproofed. Air conditioning with adjustable controls in every room. Very well-prepared information on the location and access to the apartment. Instant and detailed responses to any questions. Very fast wi-fi. In a word, top-notch. A fully deserved 10.

Location is 7min wslk to Las Canteras beach. General impression was good, now that you can have many property choices at your finger tips, you need to be clear what COMFORT actually means to you personally. Property is modern/ new, nice arrangement.

There is ongoing construction work outside, noise and dust is your daily host.. Pillows too big and really uncomfortable to sleep on. It is not a quiet area, always people below your windows, to be honest, really bright street lights would get through in case you wanted to leave a window opened during the night. Overall rating 8/10, for the lack of comfort.

Ideal location in Las Palmas, close enough to the seaside without being too close to the most touristy areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Privacy is guaranteed. Not advertised as accessible (and rightfully so) but my needs as a wheelchair user were met and they were very upfront about what they could and couldn't help with. Even sourced a last minute transfer to the airport when our original plans didn't pan out.

The office is only open till 2pm on weekdays which we worked around but it would have been A LOT more convenient not to have to plan around their opening times so much. That said, they could be reached out of hours by WhatsApp message.

Excellent location near the beach, restaurants, shops. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Nice interior design. Working aircon/heating. Good value for money. Enjoyed it for a solo stay.

I’m not a fan of the toilet sharing air with the main room (the bathroom is open to the main room) instead of having a separate cubicle with ventilation

The apartment is really amazing. Is very close to everything what you need. Is perfect clean and you have everything what you need. This is the first place where we have also beach towels this is very comfortable. The personal is amazing .They answer immediately. Also they let us to check in early by my request. The lady in the office is amazing and the housekeeping lady to. Special grateful for Bhavna Suresh🙂

The location is excellent for the beach, restaurants, food market and a lovely promenade for walks. The property is exceptionally clean and staff are always polite and friendly. Nothing is a problem for them.

The room was cozy and well decorated and furnished. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Great restaurants in the area and a big public parking nearby.

This place was lovely,clean and inviting, I would definitely recommend it and I would come back again to stay longer.

I would have loved to be next to the beach . But , that was not as important as the comfort of the access to the airport and being in walking distance to everything else.

Very modern and cosy apartment in very good location. Hustle free check-in (woth codes provided) Amenoties and water and snacks provided.

Only bad thing that aparmemt had double bed instead of king size one. But as stayed alone, that was no problem. It could use a hair drier aswell.

Separate AC controls for bedrooms and dining room. Two WCs (private one in one of bedrooms). Very modern accommodation. The closest shop is next door on street. Beach and Poema del Mar are just a short walk away.

Almost impossible to park nearby apartment, loading/unloading could be challenging, if one has a lot of stuff.
