As soon as i walked into the room it was spotless clean, lovely wee balcony where you can watch and hear the waves crashing off the rocks. Its on a quiet street but within a couple of minutes you have a long promenade that goes on for miles with shops , bars, coffee shops, every type of eating place with a stunning sandy beach along the whole stretch. As a solo traveller , middle aged and first timer i would highly recommend this hotel as your room has everything you need, fantastic location and most important i felt safe.

I liked everything about this place

Great location, friendly and service minded staff, quiet, good beds. The outside area had been painted since we were there last, and it looked good. Nice stay.

The dish washer didn’t work this time either. It was broken one year ago, and looked like it hadn’t been working since. Would have expected it to work. Poor kitchen facilities with only two glasses, two forks, two knifes etc.

Spacious, comfortable room, big bed, porch with chair and table, good closet, well equipped kitchen and the hotel was nice to leave water bottles in the fridge, very good bathroom. Although it's right in the middle of a mixed commercial/tourist/residential area, the street was very quiet. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike, although I suggest the hotel improve on the amount of information about the property. For example, clarification on the hours when the front desk is staffed and also providing written information, posted in the room itself, regarding the operation of some appliances.

Great location, close to the excellent Las Canteras beach. The suite was great, terrace a real bonus. Good kitchen with an oven, stove and microwave meaning we could have some home meals as well as eating out locally! Close to a supermarket and various shops too!

Only thing I’d mention is a few more bits for the kitchen would have been useful! For example, Tongs to turn food over with and a couple of tea towels. We could wash up but nowhere to dry!

Lift Beach towels Spacious room with huge smart TV so I could watch netflix or YouTube on there, maybe some guidance for guests on how to use as some people in reviews seem unable to figure out how to watch anything in English Reviews said there was no staff, thanks to this I contacted them and arranged a smooth check in. We were met on arrival. by a lovely guy on reception. Nice proximity to beach with good bakery few streets behind Quiet

Bathroom leaky behind toilet and also water from shower meant that stagnant water was just sitting on the floor which was horrible when you need to use the bathroom. Side sea view balcony was too sunny as there is no shade there so we couldn't relax outside.

It was amazing and clean .Friendly staff and understanding.they even checked me in an hr early coz I was so tired.I loved every bit of it.looking forward to come back again.

Some of the towels needs to be changed coz they’re about too old for such a beautiful place all in all everything else was exceptional.😜👌

Studio apartment was perfect, plenty of storage space which is unusual. Balcony/terrace was amazing and ideal for lounging in the sunshine. Location was superb with lots of restaurants very close by. Beach was a minutes walk and lovely. Check in was easy despite us arriving late in evening, the manager had left clear instructions. Towels were changed daily with coffee replenished. Will definitely book again if visiting Las Palmas in the future.

Shower needs attention as constantly between boiling hot and freezing cold otherwise no complaints.

The outdoor space was fantastic. To have direct lift access to the room was a nice idea

We stayed for 6 nights and the dishwasher was broken the whole time. The toilet seat was broken. The water in the whirlpool spa on the terrace was dirty. The shower switches from very hot to cold . The staff need to pay more attention to the room when they clean it. The terrace was never cleaned or the floor swept

Location of this hotel is excellent, which offered great views of the sea and coastline. Plenty of restaurants within 100m. We stayed in the 'suite' which was perfect, large king bed, open roof terrace with hot-tub, access to a further private terrace, with glass fronted sun room, lougers on a decked terrace. All-in-all we had a fantastic experience.

Nothing not to like really, everything was as advertised and a little more. Perhaps some instructions on how to operate the room electronics would have been handy, but not really an issue. Getting ready for a bit of a spruce-up, but again, we are being a little picky.

Everything! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, has air-conditioning, a safe, a kettle, cutlery, crockery, fridge freezer. The room was serviced every day. The bed was made, and towels were changed. Lovely little balcony with a drying rack, chairs and a table. Also you could see the sea from the balcony. Large tv on the wall. The bed was massive and very comfortable. There was very little noise on the street where the hotel is situated, but the hotel is very close to all the bars/restaurants and shops. The staff were lovely. There is also a lift to all the rooms.

There was nothing at all I didn't like, it was amazing
