Friendly reception, quiet place, super close to the beach and markets, clean, big rooms, great value for money.

There wasn't much natural light coming through the windows during the day. And too much light from other rooms at night that couldn't be blocked with the curtains. The second part could be solved with black-out curtains at the bedroom and a door between the bedroom and kitchen or curtains on the kitchen too.

Very near an excellent beach, but far enough from late night noise. Easy to get to - Nr 60 bus from the airport to Santa Catalina and then 10 minutes walk. This place is inexpensive, and furnishings are spartan but comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water for showers. Friendly and helpful staff. Dino supermarket around the corner and plenty of lively restaurants and bars in close proximity. We had a fabulous stay and I would go back. If, like me, you view a hotel as a place to wash & sleep between day & night holidaying, then this place is ideal. Room has a safe - but you must ask for the key.

Everything was satisfactory - no complaints. There isn't breakfast at the hotel (they will fetch it for you if you want) but with so many coffee shops and snack bars in the vicinity you don't need it.

Apartment was very close to beach and so easy to access busses and supermarket reception staff all friendly and very good to answer questions ...would definatly return all in all we had an amazing stay and would def recommend

Would of liked to have a kettle in apartment but saucepan did job fine...a little to hot in inner room air con wld of been good but wld go for balcony apartment to resolve this next time..no WiFi in room but not a total negative because on holliday so not necessary

Well.. you getting what you paying for. Its a not the most romantic place on earth to stay, but it does the job of couple of nights to stay in Las Palmas. From positive sides: very friendly and polite staff members, great reception area, great location, next to the promanade and public beach. Now the downside: rooms needs renovation, despite everything more less working and clean overall impression is shabby. There are no sound insulation between rooms, so you will hear everything next door. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep. Morning hours are extremely noise due to room maids cleaning around and moving heavy furniture up and down.. But again.. look at the price per night and decide yourself, but trust me, there will not be any miracles. It up to your level of acceptance of those inconveniences. As well.. about kithcen in the room. Its only box ticking feature, in reality you will need to buy everything in case you want to cook, from washing liquid, salt, sugar, spices, oil to kithcen towels and sponge. In reality only couple of plates, pan, two glases and some cutlery included..

Location near beach, the nice and friendly staff, sun terrace, kitchen and fridge for making breakfast, and we were lucky to get one of the exterior rooms with balcony. Our sixth time here!

A bit worn in places but the really good cleaning makes up for that, in relation to the budget friendly price.

The location of the hotel is very nice. It's right next to the beach, also bars and restaurants. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was quite big: big room, big kitchen and big bathroom with all the necessary things for the stay.

We chose one of the cheapest options for our stay. The room had windows coming into the small space in the middle of the building, which didn't give much light and was making echo at night when other guests were loud.

There is a 24 hour reception with helpful staff always there, contributes to a friendly feel. The exterior double room is a great size, bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has a fridge and ring to cook on but low on crockery. Do bring some washing up liquid as there is only a tea-towel supplied. I asked at reception and got a coffee pot and fan during my stay.

Great value, very close to the beach. It is an easy 15 minute walk from Santa Catalina Park where the public coach from the airport drops you. There is also a local yellow bus that will bring you closer when you arrive at Santa Catalina Park. You can pay by card on the coach and local buses.

Clean room. Cozy bed. Very close to Las Canteras beach. Friendly staff. Nice rooftop terrace.

Poor soundproofing. A lot of noise comes from the hallway and other rooms. The kitchen utensils are only suitable for very basic cooking. For example, there was no spatula or proper bread knife.

I was given an appartment on the ground floor without any view outside but I asked the staff if I could change and I could move the following day to a nicer appartment with a nice terrasse on the 6th floor (lift stops on 5th floor, 1 floor by stair but ok). This was much appreciated especially during the busy period of Chirstmas holiday 🙏. Excellent reception staff, helped me with the luggage, gave me hardryer, helped with the taxi to the airport.

It was very good and largely met my expectations.
