It's new and fresh. Comfortable beds and good size bathroom. The best location only a few minutes walk from the beach with many tasty restaurants and bars around.

There was some hair on the floor. The kitchen is equipped with cheap dinnerware. The knives were rusty. There was some heavy construction work across the street, which caused some extra noise. The staff was rather rude. When I checked out of the lodge, a stranger approached me and asked if I was leaving. I was confused and asked why he wanted to know and how he is and told me he is a manager and they needed to know for cleaning. I would expect some way to at least say hello and introduce himself.

Everything was brand new and spotless. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. We loved the location. We watched the carnival parade from our room window. The beach was excellent and just a 4-minute walk away. Two supermarkets were within a minute's reach, as was a public transport stop. The shared rooftop terrace was fantastic.

Although the establishment's rules permit smoking in the terrace and entrance areas, we found that there were no ashtrays available. Furthermore, the forks and knives provided were of very low quality, and we suggest that they be replaced with better ones.

I really liked the property. The location was great. In the heart of this part of the city. Close to the beach. The property was well appointed and very clean. It looked smart and certainly offered quality living space. However, the weekday was disturbed by construction work across the road and I would recommend requesting a different side to the building, if possible. On the plus, we saw a procession from the window at the weekend and that was particularly beautiful. The idea of technology for entry was great. Communication through email efficient. However, it was not as effective at the property door. It was sometimes hard to get the main door to open with the App.

Better access at the main door through the App. Consider the construction around if you sleep light.

Central, just 4 mins walk to beach. It is new, was comfortable. Nearby there is supermarket. Everything was good and safe. The roof top terrace was nice. Dint really talk to any staff. It was all self checkin with codes. There is a nice hall downstairs to have breakfast or to have a on call work.

Mosquitoes in bedroom, maybe they had forgotten to close the windows after cleaning. The blinds don't close fully. The kitchenware like the knifes, spoons though new, had rust developed.

New building, everything is new, spacious, cafe restaurant downstairs and nice rooftop to chill, good location only 5min to the beach, restaurants and supermarket around.

It could be cleaned better, floors weren't cleaned properly, only one roll of toilet paper left for a week. And also although the location is good the street is very busy and noisy, so no chance to sleep with the window opened.

Perfect location, modern style, clean, well equipped, silent air conditioning. 8 minutes walk from the pretty cheap parking lot next to Poema del Mar Aquarium.

1 toilet roll only on supply, and no towels changed without a special request.

That there is no reception or someone to talk to.. self check in was easy but it's always better to have someone there for questions or in case something is not working or if you you are having an issue during the night

Really great apartment with a good kitchen. Perfect location. Nice roof terrace and the downstairs cafe is ideal if you need to work. Friendly staff too.

Didn't receive the access code for the front door. Neither did a couple we spoke to. I think it's a booking.com issue.

The privacy although I was poorly and went to look for alternatives for a leg injury and at times I couldn't stand up specially the last night and would have been nice to have a panic alarm or something I literally had no chance to leave the room as I would have liked.

Very nice modern flat which I would highly recommend for a stay in Las Palmas. Of special note is that I didn't hear the neighbors once which is very unusual when I am in Spain as normally the walls are very thin.
