Friendly staff In prep for arrival and at welcome. Good location, just a couple of mins walk to Las Canteras beach and very easy access to city center by bus. The recommended parking is also just a couple of mins walk, with special 8 EUR daily rate for the duration of the accommodation. The room and the en-suite bathroom were super spacious and the bed was really comfortable.

The air-conditioning was installed in the room but not working. Instead a standing cooling tower fan was prepared, which was ok, but did not cool as the aircon would have. The cleanliness of the floor and the bathroom was ok, but should have been a bit more thorough.

Location , Umberto was very helpful, balcony, quiet sun terrace, location was excellent too

Rusty kettle base (umberto sorted it within the same day ), fridge a little temperamental, I bought ice to keep the temperature down . Code for room....only numbers , 1234 etc..when sent codes....only found out there is a # at the end by trial and error...maybe something to look at when providing codes .for rooms

It’s a lovely located hostel, near the city centre and has a lot of good starting points! It was clean, small and nice! I felt safe and loved the staff and willingness to help, if needed. Around the apartment there are a lot of good restaurants, especially Punto Marino (order the squid and potatos with mojo). The apartment has a mini fridge inside, a water heater and two glasses and free access to WiFi. It can be a bit noisy in the evening as the street is directly under the apartment but it’s not disturbing. The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes to Playa de Las Canteras. They also offer parking at a garage for 6€ per day, which is also very near the apartment. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Clean and quite new little hotel. Bathroom could do with a little upgrade. Helpfull and welcoming staff. They organized early taxi to the airport for me. Location is very close to the beach, cafes and restaurants, which was great. My room was facing the street, so some noise in the evening, but quiet at night. Good communication on whats app.

The place was a bit hard to find. A better sign in the street would be good.

Very friendly staff, initially the whole check-in procedure seems very complicated but once you are there everything runs smoothly. They are willing to help and operative. The location is great, very close to Las Canteras beach, close to supermarket, bus stations and easy to reach from the center or historical area with the bus or car.

The bedsheets and the room were clean. We got a present of one free beer Nice terrace on the rooftop. Price = quality It takes less than 5 mins to get to the beach :) There is a market and a lot of cafes nearby

There were fingerprints on the walls, and it would be nice to make some repairs. There also was a noise from the corridor and the elevator

Street outside quite busy and noisy. Also noticed some work within the hotel getting done , so that's some extra noise, but I think it is understandable as it's February so not quite the season yet 🤷

The property offers easy access to the Las Camteras beach, bars, restauramts and shops, and is located close to a public transport station.

The room was disturbed by noise from adjacent rooms.

Location and good sized room. Staff friendly. Good sound insulation, especially from window.

Sink did not have hot water. Shower was a good temperature but slight problem with drainage from shower.

Good location, helpful staf - good basis to visit town
