The location is really close by o many good place by walk, it is comfortable and clean. I read so many comments about how annoying it is to check in but I have to say that easier impossible 🙈 Everton has a different experience but mine was easy going cuz I just got a WhatsApp and followed the instructions. The workers were extremely nice and charming to us all the time and help us with anything needed

Maybe the shower didn’t drain the water as good as it should but this doesn’t change the good experience

It is a really safe neighbourhood. Walking distance to many good restaurants. The office downstairs seem to manage the apartments. They are all really helpful. It is super clean. What a great find!

We had a car, there was street parking, it is on a one way street. There is a pay car park close by (not very expensive). We had use of a coffee machine. If we had known we would have brought capsules. That is just a comment it should in no way detract from the quality of the apartment.

Great location, 10 min straight walk to the beach, easy check in process

Bathroom has gapped sliding door and half frosted window on other side of the wall facing the bedroom so not much privacy if travelling with friend(s). Only given one towel each for week long stay, there is a towel change but it fell on the day after we arrived so our towel was taken and given new instead of given additional after requesting.

The property was the perfect location close to supermarkets and the beach! Right in the heart of Las Palmas

If you are a heavy sleeper then you are good to go, but be aware that there is a loud dog in the neighbourhood, the dog was so loud that another guest screamed the entire apartment down swearing for the dog to shut up at 6am. Probably not the best way to handle the situation but i get her anger.

best stuff, answered all my questions, about transportation, restaurants, sightseeing etc. Location is really good, there is a good fish market close by and beach area is also nearby. room was super clean.

there was restoration. the workers forgot to close the window. so it was loud… in the morning specially and also at night.. but my biggest problem was, no window looking outside. I needed sunshine and fresh air.
