The location is perfect. It's about a 5-minute walk from Las Canteras Beach and within a 10-minute walk there are countless bars and restaurants. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning lady. Despite the standard check-in time being 3:00 p.m., we were able to enjoy the pool and other common areas of the hotel before checking into our room. The room was huge, with a huge balcony as well. Although it wasn't the most modern, you could tell it had been recently renovated and everything worked well.

For me, the worst thing was the pool area, it was disappointing. Despite the incredible views from the 25th floor, you only have to take the elevator to the 23rd floor and then climb some narrow stairs. There is also no bar or drink service there. The pool is also small, but the worst thing is that it is shallow, I am 1.75m tall and the water reached my belly button. Furthermore, the TV in the room was not a Smart TV and there were no YouTube, for example. The bathroom also has those glass doors that you can hear everything your loved one is doing. The room was super clean, but the hall on the floors had an absurd smell of mold and the ceiling had large mold stains.

Good location about 5 min walk from the beach, a shopping centre with a supermarket, mcdonalds etc, a bus station to get to and from the airport. Really good shower. Bed was very comfy and rooms clean. Good views from the roof top pool.

The pool could do with a clean theres like a ring of dirt on the walls were the water stops and there could definitly be more sunbeds. There's only about 8 sunbeds for 20 floors of people. Also could do with a chair or 2 on the balconies would be nice to be able to sit out there.

Room.

Matras a bit too soft, but it is just personal preference. Regarding reception (lobby)… I think it would be nice if there were some comfortable sofas, tables, even plants… to make it a bit more welcoming.

Perfect location, number 12 but stops right outside the hotel and the main bus stop which will take you all over Gran Canaria is only a 7 minute walk. Canteras Beach is only a 10 minute walk and everything you need is close by.

We initially got placed in a room that hadn't been checked out but we were quickly given another room after speaking to staff at reception. Be warned that the entrance has multiple steps which was laborious at the end of the long day. There is a lift for those that require it.

Great location easy access to transport buses,taxis,next to main park and xmass decorations and events. Warm and comfortable rooms,fast lifts, breakfast was ok . Shopping mall and Aquarium next to hotel. Easy access to main beach and harbour. Room maids were helpful and friendly.

Certain reception staff could not understand our simple requests and proved frustrating to us. Breakfast should end later than 1030, since it was xmass holidays and no lunch was served anyway.

The hotel is in a beautiful Brutalist building in the heart of Las Palmas. Great location, easy to rent a car from nearby and drive around and close to the beach and the boardwalk for a great walk - the hotel dominates the skyline of Las Palmas, so it's always easy to find your way back. The rooms are great, and they all have a balcony which is a massive bonus. Mine had a view of the lighthouse, which at night with the sound of the waves in the distance was extremely tranquil. Was also in love with the green-tiled bathroom and the view from the Breakfast restaurant. Staff was very helpful and answered all the questions I had.

The quality of the food at both the Breakfast and the Dinner was very good, but the options were a bit lackluster. For the dinner, there are only two options with some sides and very limited dessert offerings. Also, no cocktails. The breakfast dessert was more plentiful but could still use an upgrade for the price. I believe this should be looked into to elevate the experience and to match the beauty of the restaurant itself.

We got the upper level view room so we had a great view of the sea but also the aquarium , facing north. The bed was incredibly comfortable and big, the shower had amazing pressure and the bathroom was overall big.

The balcony could really use some improvements! It didn’t seem clean at all and the finishes are all falling apart.they don’t even provide any terrace furniture, not even a little chair outside so you can enjoy your coffee.. we had to drag our chairs from inside out. Also we would suggest providing at least a pullout rack (like we had in every other hotel or Apartamentos in Las Palmas) or some hooks at least so you can dry your towels and clothes (especially it being so close to the beach) The pool on top was small and crammed, not very tempting, but then again we had the sea close.

Fab rotunda style tower block, we were on the 21st floor overlooking the beach. Amazing view. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Fantastic roof top pool. Lots of choice for breakfast.

Some of the catering staff could have been friendlier, you have to ask how you want your eggs cooked and it seemed like a major inconvenience. Lazy lifeguard sits on a chair all day watching octogenarians tussle with metal loungers by the pool.

Rooms quite outdated, but clean. Staff is helpful, pool on the roof is big. Location is excellent, no parking on hotel territory but there is a parking house 2-3 minute walk away.

If on lower floor all the noise from street comes in as balcony door does not seal well, also if you have loud neighbours, you can hear everything.

The hotel was really beautiful nice and in very nice spot, is everything near, it is very clean also they cleaning the rooms every day without disturbing you very early at morning, changing towels and everything that is has the room, also the room has everything you need is comfortable has an amazing view, the bed is comfortable, the hygiene stuff like shampoo etc is high quality and organic, the personal/stuff is very friendly and kind. I'm gonna return there again, I was very pleased and satisfied!!!

There is nothing negative that I found during my stay there:)
