Plenty of space, very clean, great location. Very nice roof terrace. Bar in hotel was very nice but not open very often Lots of equipment in apartment, washing machine, dryer etc would definitely recommend even with negatives below !

Extra charge for cleaning and change of towels and sheets. It was cheaper to buy new towels and washing machine helped. No outside space in apartment.but we knew that... "pool" on roof terrace at hotel was like a fish tank :) very little space on that terrace but apartment roof terrace very nice to have.

the location is great. the stuff is very nice and helpful. Good price/quality ratio. I highly recommend this place :)

there were no place to dry the laundry, however, there was a washing machine in the room. the bathroom was full of water after showering. would be nice to have a couple of hangers for bags/jackets next to the main door

I loved the place in general. The air conditioning was amazing and working well, we had great sleep in chilled room. The TV was amazing to spend evenings after long trips on the island. Most of the stuff was working really well. There is a laundry machine with drying, so we could wash our stuff from salt after swimming in the ocean. The bar at the rooftop served us a delicious jug of sangría. The beds were comfy. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking, so you don't have to spend too much on breakfast outside.

There wasn't much that I disliked, however there were few points. The shower was working kinda poorly and water was coming out to the rest of the bathroom. We put some towels on the ground and they were soaking wet. The oven seemed broken, it was ignoring the set tempereture and going insane to the point when it was overheated and turned itself off to cool down.

The location, nice, modern , bright apartment . Spacious and comfortable

No cleaning and change of bedding was included for a 23 nights stay. Although there is a washing machine / dryer in the apartment, no change of towels and bedding was supplied, meaning that one had to wait for towels to wash and dry before one could wash. When asked for an additional set of towels and bedding , we were told that we had to pay for this. This was a major let down. Additionally, it would have been useful to have an indoor clothing rack to avoid using the dryer for almost 6 hours, which is not environmentally friendly Kitchen utensils were very minimum ; for example there was not a pasta colander

The apartment was very comfortable and new. It is very central just 5 minutes from the beach. It is a fully equipped apartment with a big kitchen table and living room

There was a lot of noise from the other apartments and it was annoying early in the morning. Also there is no cleaning or changing of linens happening. We were there for a week so it would have been nice to have had a cleaning at least once

Location - perfect, within minutes walking from excellent beaches, very nice local restaurants, cafes and bars and the main bus station. The Hosts were brilliant - very efficient at check-in/out, very friendly and (most of all) very helpful in arranging a terrific taxi driver ( Gustavo ) who drove us to the starting points of our planned hikes and collected us when we had completed the walks. The air-conditioned apartment , with one double bedroom and one sofa bed was excellent for three adults ( two parents and one daughter ) and very well equipped for self-catering had we wished to do so ( we didn't apart from breakfast ).

The design of the shower-stall was not very good - it was inconvenient getting into and out of the shower and water leaked onto the bathroom floor - other than this everything was just right.

Location was fantastic right in the centre, close to the beach, close to the marina,bus station and city life.Apartment was spacious,clean and bright with all equipment you might need on a few days trip.Being in city centre apartment was very quiet.There was access to the great bar and pool in the bex hotel itself with fantastic views at night

Shower head and silicone needs changing in one of the bathroom.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment at Bex Holiday Homes. Breakfast buffet offered great diversity. The option to have (paid) lunch at Bex Hotel is also convenient especially for people with children. The food was very good, staff is very friendly and the appartments building is well located with good connexions.

The check-in and check-out was very easy (it's in the Design Plus BEX Hotel, which is on the other side of the street). The breakfast was very good (also taken in the BEX hotel) and, since our check-out was too early, they gave us a take-away breakfast on the last day.

We had a flood in the bathroom because the shower doors didn't seal out the water.

The apartment was exactly as described. quite spacious with a good kitchen with enough disease for two people. the bed was comfortable and although the property is on a busy street, the apartment was quiet with the windows closed. The location was good for connection to the bus station. we took the aeroporto bus from the airport and it was less than 10 minutes walk from the station. There were two supermarkets very close to the apartment as well as several restaurants. A bonus was a washing machine that we didn’t know we would have. We stumbled on a main shopping street not far from the apartment which was a plus. We also walked easily to the beach. All in all, great location, even if the street itself is quite nondescript.

A few small things missing in the kitchen. Nothing big, but it would have made it a perfect stay, if there were a couple of dish towels, a dish rack and a few tea bags, coffee and sugar. Small touches that would have made a difference for me. other than that, great value, very clean and comfortable.
