Brilliant location, 5 min walk away from the beach, a plethora of restaurants and bars, very close to the las palmas main bust stop at Santa Catalina. The views were of the garden area, great but nothing special, was really nice to see a new ship at the poart everyday! It can get very noisy till midnight from the parties and bars adjacent to the hotel, didn't bother us as we loved the atmosphere. Comfy beds, not enough shampoo or soap in the bathroom, house keeping was excellent, change of towels every 2 days and cleaning of room whcih is great.

Slightly rude old man at the reception, wasn't ready to listen to what we wanted to say. Didn't agree for an early check in, had no reason why, just asked us to come at 2 pm when we reached at 11, which is absolutely fair but could've done with a smile but constantly kept staring at the screen and talk to us like we didn't exist or he was slightly annoyed why we'd arrived early. He was pretty useless in terms of answering any questions we had like bike parking, or bus to go to maspalomas. Avoid him and just google everything or ask a friendly local. The kitchen area or just standard cupboards were not stocked with enough utensils at all, no knife to cut veggies as well. You can only make tea / cofee maybe and just boil water for your pot noodles, nothing more than that.

reception not always open and if you dont have internet you may find it hard to get the text with the code someone had to help me to get the code. and 2 nd stay there i asked if reception would be open around 4 my arrival time n said it was but wasnt its quite hard if you dont speak the language im lucky i do!

Fantastic location, local to the GC, and wanted a few days in the city without the hassle of travelling south daily. Rooms were clean, bedding too. Facilties in the hotel.are basic, but we didn't require anything. Self catering and you get what you pay for- clean, tidy room, mini fridge - excellent for keep food and drink cold. Full bathroom, although a little dated in style. We will definitely stay again.

Window frames are very old fashioned, I struggled to open two of the windows, and one wouldn't open. A small air conditioning unit would solve this as it was extremely hot during our stay and no air con availble.

The hob to heat food in the room was very very poor. Just not sufficient to heat anything more than a tin of beans. It was at Christmas & there was a big fair outside. This generated a huge amount of noise! Obviously not the fault of the property, just for people to be aware if booking at Xmas.

Very friendly and helpful staff, central location, close to the main bus station (blue bus) and easy access to the local (yellow) buses. There are many shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants around. La Canteras beach is only 5 minutes away from the apartment by foot.

Nights can be a little bit noisy. Besides that, before you would make any complaints, remember, it is not a five-star hotel, you just get what you have paid for. If you accept that, you'll have a good time here, for sure.

The apartment is in a very good location. It was pretty clean and it was cleaned every two days. We stayed for 10 nights and after 6 nights we got our sheets changed. The check-in process was very easy.

The apartment was near a street with lots of markets, so in the early morning, the street would be pretty loud.

The location of the apartment was perfect! 5 minute walk to the beach and the supermarkets were across the street. There was room cleaning every day. The staff were very nice.

It's a really good place to spend a couple of nights I was a bit scared when I saw reviews but in fact the place was great. The view was nice. Clean. All the facilities are there. Very friendly and helpful staff.

All the takeaways downstairs are horrendous:)

WiFi could be hit and miss sometimes in my apartment, and trying to do some work meant I had to use data on my phone for Zooms!

Mostly in line with budget accommodation. HOWEVER, even in budget accommodation the provision of soap should be standard. Travellers just expect this. Just soap - not other toiletries - just soap. Please. Add 0.50€ to room rate to cover it!! Soap.
