Lovely staff and Ivan the owner was always a WhatsApp message away! Breakfast was nice and staff prepared it just for me at the terrace on top of the building. Terrace was really nice! Location was really good if you’re willing to walk a bit. Check-in was smooth. Staff was really helpful with any questions you have. Big fridge and possibility to cook own food was really useful!

Room was quite small and the floors a bit dirty at some spots. Finding the pin code for the hotel door from the e-mail was a bit of a hassle but not a big deal!

The room was really clean and well equipped. value meets what you pay.

there is no isolation, you can hear everything from other hotel guests to the neighbors in the other buildings. it's really easy to wake up to the alarm o'clock of the other guests and also hear them talking or taking shower 😃 but at the end of the day, with the room price you can't complain 😃

We have nice clean room for the all stay in the apartment and cleaning lady give us extra towels and toilet paper whenever we ask, been in many hotels and this been main issues with lots of hotels... Very easy to gain access via codes communicated well in advance and very conveniently located next to bars and public transport links. Having a fridge in such temperatures is always a massive plus and the complimentary water and red wine was a very nice touch. Mezzanine double bed was very very comfortable.

Stairs to mezzanine bed are very steep and narrow which is understandable due to space constraints. Water pressure in shower was hit and miss which I assume is down to others using locally. Shower and bathroom in general are also incredibly small.

location is excellent . Breakfast wasn't included.

The noise was construction going on the neighbourhood building next to our apartment. May be it would be finished by this time I am writing this feedback.

It is good located, near the Castillo de la Luz and a SuperDino, you have as well many bars and a nice pizza place at 1 min to walk. There is very clean, you can receive cleaning daily with no extra charging, very good fridge and freezer, high pressure water at the shower. I liked that we could check in at 12:00 even if the check in should be done after 14:00.

The pillows are too hard, not comfortable to sleep on them.

Nice small apartment. If you need a simple place to stay, this is perfect for it. I haven't cooked there, it's a bit small for it. But I liked and it was good for me needs

The staff was extraordinary. The girl that worked on the reception is very helpful, polite and positive. Sometimes it doesnt matter if hotel is luxurious, what matter are humans who work in hotells, and thats why I give high grade fot this place.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a big window 😀😀👍👍 Ensuite bathroom quite big and well-equipped . Excellent location and good price for the very high season here in Gran Canaria on this moment...
