Easy to find. They accommodated earlier check in. Building has an elevator. Location is perfect. Easy to get around. Everything was good. They provide you with a dish cleaning kit (liquid, scouring pad and dish cloth) . There is a tower fan, though, not sure if it can chill the room enough mid-summer when there's real heat outside. I didn't use it - I was here in February, and kept windows open all the time, including night, and it was good. They were polite and encouraged to ask if anything is needed. Overall, happy with my stay! :)

I would suggest to have a corckskrew/bottle opener in the apartment at all times since it is a basic necessity (was delivered upon my request). Needs more mugs - apartment was equipped with one standart size mug and 4 mini mugs (espresso mugs). One regular water/juice glass, and two wine glasses. An extra towel in kitchen for hands would be nice (or paper towel). You can hear noise during night and early mornings (restos/busses/people/trucks), but understandable since you are located on the main street. Personally, was not an issue for me, I'm used to it in my hometown. Nippers (mosquitoes) fly in and might bother you, but just close the curtains and you'll be fine :) or use the fan instead of keeping the windows open.

I liked this appartment it was clean and lots of space views were good and the rooftop a bonus very nice the area very Spanish not as many tourist was perfect next to centre and bus services their were some very nice people in the area i would stay here again. Communication was good between AirNest and myself very nice staff that i spoke with and so helpful i think they are a very good company and will use again thankyou AirNest graet stay

I think there should be more towels available but did see a domestic worker and when asked she replaced them there wasn't anything i didn't like well worth the price.

Great location, good apartment, everything available for travel needs. Regular communication with the host. Market nearby was excellent to get fruits etc. Note - best parking space I found was Parking Indigo - Triana (max 19.95eur per day).

Could hear neighbors very well - way better than the street. So if they happened to be noisy it seemed an issue, but seldom anyone was loud late into the night. No real free parking options around - also the market parking advised by host had no clear info on costs and seemed potentially expensive.

We stayed 3 persons , but the apartment had only two teacups and no wine glasses.

Absolutely perfect location on the edge of the Old Town of Vegueta, 5 minutes walk from Casa Colon and 2 minutes from the food Market. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable

Only receiving the entry codes at the last minute was stressful and not a good start. There's an awkwardly sited large pillar beside the bed. The TV had been removed from the bedroom - which is fine as we didnt switch the living room one but a shelf there would be useful as the power sockets there are unusable. Half the wooden shutters wouldnt open and those that would open were blown shut by the wind. The kitchen needs a new corkscrew, another mug and an ice tray.

Great apartment, well placed and good communication from staff

It’s in the middle of a city, adjacent to a very busy road, all night long, but as there’s no a/c, we had to have the windows open, which made it incredibly noisy. Would definitely take ear plugs next time or maybe the owners would consider leaving some for guest use. It did stop me sleeping well.

Great place in a good location. You are in the Old Town of Las Palmas, close to the Cathedral, museums and plenty of cafés and restaurants. The appartment is quite large, clean and cozy. I have already stayed there 3 times.

It would be nice to have shampoo, not just the liquid soap in the bathroom. But that is a minor thing.

Everything. Super clean, great location, very basic kitchen amenities, towels, sheets, extra blankets, super responsive owner.

No complaints. (Fyi to future renters with cars- we parked at the Vegueta market parking lot and only paid about 8€ overnight. ) That could have been a fluke since the sign said more but it's super convenient.

Very nice location and nice balcony. Surrounded by nice restaurants and well connected with buses.

Since it is a popular area and next to a road, it can get a little noisy in the night, but i think it is expected.
