The bed was the most comfortable bed was amazing. The women at the front desk was awesome. Great location, very cleanly!

Bar hours were misleading, either inconvenient timing or closed due to events. Speaking of events, they really disturbed our sleep because it was really loud and rowdy. We had seen reviews about noise level but we thought it was due to facing the street, be aware that the inside rooms are just as loud if not louder. Man at the front desk had a poor attitude and treated us like we weren't good enough to stay at this hotel, so unprofessional.

This is a beautiful small hotel right in the centre of town with bedrooms on the ground and first floor, and a lovely roof terrace with a tiny pool and a nice bar that is open from about four in the afternoon until about ten thirty in the evening. The staff were without exception wonderfully friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable, reasonably sized and absolutely quiet, and everything felt clean and up-to-date.

The breakfast room downstairs is pleasant and the breakfast entirely acceptable, but this is the only part of the experience that for us felt slightly disorganised: here too, staff were really friendly, but at times we got the impression they were a bit out of their depth, and on one occasion we had to wait, because there was not enough capacity for the number of guests who wanted their breakfast at the same time.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Cordial La Peregrina located downtown Las Palmas. Wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their hospitality truly lives up to the hotel's name "Cordial." The facility itself is well-equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. One of the highlights of my visit was the breakfast — absolutely fantastic! There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The hotel is located in the pedestrian only area, surrounded by great options for restaurants and bars. If you drive there don't worry ! There is a parking garage right around the corner, maybe 5 min walk. What stood out the most was the exceptional service from every member of the staff. They were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay truly memorable. My daughter forgot an important item in her room, and they immediately let us know and even coordinated to mail it to us outside the country. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Palmas. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, great amenities, and outstanding service.

Good sized room with very comfy bed and excellent bathroom with large shower. In an excellent location for lots of eateries. Take the bus to Playa de Las Canteras and eat lunch at the Mercado del Puerto indoor food market (an absolute must). Alex the receptionist is an absolute star. If I was rating the hotel on him alone it would be 11/10! He is very friendly and helpful with great local knowledge of restaurants and cheapest way to park.

Room décor was quite dark. Most of the pictures on the website are cleverly taken. The indoors is fine but not as light and airy as it looks . The roof top pictures are very flattering. The small pool is not just surrounded by nice loungers, but the space is much more crowded with tables and chairs. The comfier low chairs and tables had reserved signs on even though there were hardly any people around and we were asked to move from them! Advice to management: Ask Alex what good customer service looks like.

The location was fantastic—very convenient for reaching the bus stop/station and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and other attractions. The breakfast was excellent, offering plenty of fresh fruit options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful advice on using the buses, places to visit, and the best spots to eat. Having access to the rooftop area and pool was a wonderful bonus. The hotel's smaller size and welcoming atmosphere made it easy for my autistic daughter to navigate independently when she wanted to, which was lovely to see. The room was comfortable and well-equipped for a short stay.

The uneven flooring around the pool area was a bit disappointing and somewhat frustrating, as it made a noise when walked on. The room door lacked an internal lock, and there was a gap between the door and the frame, allowing light to enter and potentially compromising privacy. Additionally, there was a persistent beeping sound in or near the room, which I reported to the hotel. It would have been helpful to have more gluten-free breakfast options beyond just bread. Extra storage space in both the bedroom and bathroom would have made our stay more comfortable, especially as I was travelling with my teenage daughter.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and kind, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced at 12 euros per person. Parking was ok, costing 10 euros per day.

The room itself had limited access to natural light and felt quite dark, even with all the lights on. There was a window measuring 160cm x 60cm, but it couldn't be opened, which added to the dim atmosphere.

This is our second stay here and it is still a favourite. The location is excellent for us in the old town, surrounding by beautiful buildings. Be guest is 5 mins away with the art centre and museums. Good shopping too if you are inclined! Next to the coast promenade for running and walking. We use the rooftop and pool which are fabulous and the staff there are terrific. My partner worked for a few days when we were there and there is very good coworker space around San Telmo.

Our room 203 was like sleeping on the street no noise proofing and terrible as we are in a very busy area. We were told we could be moved twice but then not and the reception staff didn’t really care. We were eventually moved after 3 nights to a lovely quiet room.

Elegant Boutique hotel with good comfort and everything needed for a quiet relaxing discovering of Las Palmas historical centre. Near to several shops / shopping district too, bar, restaurants. Nice room with modern and tech facilities (appreciated large flat screen TV). Very nice Rocktop terrace for drink with swimming pool/solarium too area. Very kind staff, high cleanliness level, historical center proximity. Very nice stay and felt like at home, thanks again to the kind staff. Hope to come back in future.

Maybe to improve a bit the room insulation, a couple of nights with very noisy neighbours/guests (of course it depends from guests' behaviour, hotel not responsible)

Great location, huge room and comfortable bed. Lovely rain forest shower. Gym was small but had enough needed for a workout! Lovely rooftop bar and pool (tiny!) with loungers. The area itself was within walking distance of decent restaurants and bars. Not overrun by tourists.

The music on the rooftop bar was quite loud in the evenings and could be heard from my room even with windows closed. Luckily I had earplugs but would be great to turn it down from 9pm to 11pm

Excellent location in the heart of the historic district of Las Palmas. Excellent restaurants only steps outside the hotel and a five minute walk to the main shopping district of Las Palmas and the sea front promenade.

Room was too small for two people but would have been perfect for one person. I did not like the dark colors of the walls - made it seem even smaller. The hotel had only feather bedding - no foam pillows which activated my allergies. I had to buy a foam pillow for my three nights at a nearby Zara Home store 15 minutes away.
