Comfortable small room, nice clean kitchen but too bad we can’t cook in it; appreciated the big fridge, microwave and toaster. Good location 10 min from the Alcaravaneras beach, not too far from the bus station and buses 17 and 12 to the center; all kinds of shops and places to eat around ( excellent, cheap chinese restaurant next to the pension. Nice and helpful receptionist.

Some trouble with the room sink which was getting real bad on the last day; mentioned it to the receptionist who said he would take care of it.

Accomodation was very cheap and in old style but it was enough for what we needed. It was clean and bed was comfortable. The owner is a very nice person and very welcoming. Access to the kitchen was a bonus when I could use a kettle and fridge. You could also heat up some food if needed. The location was great. We could walk to the beach or take a bus which was nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

I had a very pleasant time here again. Juan, the owner, is very friendly, polite and helpful. The property is very good value for money. It is in a good location for supermarkets, restaurants, both beaches and Santa Catalina bus station. The bedroom was bright, comfortable, spacious and cleaned regularly. Good kitchen facilities (presently no stove) and the bonus of a nice rooftop terrace.

We stayed at Falow for a week. The hostel is very well located near the Las Canteras beach, the shopping area of Avenida Mesa y López and lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and a food market. We stayed in a double room with our own bathroom. The room was basic and small however is perfect if you just want a bed for the night and a shower the next day. The room was very clean and cleaned regularly during our stay. Good communication with the owner before arrival. Overall, I recommend Falow. It's the perfect place if you don't mind about appearances and you want to explore the island of Gran Canaria. Overall: Great value for money.

Noisy street, however, you can't really complaint about anything at this price! Just few things to note for the owner: the room and hostel are not very well maintained. No lights on the top floor of the hostel (where our room was located). Only one towel per person, I would have liked to have at least another one.

I have an en-suite double room, the size was good. The shower was very good. The room was very clean . It is a basic place good for a few days. Helpful staff . The place is located near Santa Catalina bus station (15 minutes walk). Easy to reach to any part of Las Palmas.

The man in reception was very helpful . he used his phone to translate helpfull information into english for me,for example he found me a place nearby that I could get a nut for my mobility aid as one had dropped off.

There were no ground floor rooms available due to damp problems and I have dificulty with the stairs but that was my problem not the Properties.

I would really recommend this place!! I visited it with my brother for 2 days, and was surprised by the kindness of the owner and cleanliness of the accommodation. Real Spanish hostel, which didn’t feel like another cheap hostel. Very kind owner! Thank you for your hospitality!

The location is good. Close to the beaches, supermarkets are short walk away. Juan Carlos is always helpful and happy to help. The room is basic, but you can expect that for the price, but everything I need is there.

Some guests are inconsiderate when they arrive home at midnight, or at two or three o'clock at night and make a lot of noise when they go to their room, Loud conversations in front of your room and in the stairwell. That is a pity, but that was about the only noise, and mainly during the weekend. During the week it was quiet.

It is a very well located Pension! Close of many bus stops, and 5 mn away of the Playa. The pension is small, yet very cozy. We had a room with private bathroom, very clean! The responsible is very nice, he waited for our late check in and offered extra 1h after check out time. The room was small yet warm, and had all necessary things
