Room was actually fire – clean, cozy, and the bathroom was warm and modern. Bed? Super comfy. TV was huge (sadly not smart, more on that below). Breakfast = elite. Tasty, good variety, and open till 10:30 on weekends (perfect for sleep-ins). Gym was surprisingly decent for a hotel one. Location’s solid – right in Las Palmas, and just an hour by bus to Maspalomas. Most of the reception crew were super friendly and chill. Vibes overall were nice.

TV wasn’t smart enabled, no screen sharing from iPhone – kinda disappointing in 2025. AC was lowkey freezing during breakfast – could’ve turned it down a bit. Apple Wallet didn’t work at the reception and I couldn’t even add the room key to Apple Wallet – like c’mon, it’s 2025. View from the room was just a wall (but we booked the cheapest, so can’t complain too much). Check-in was a mess – the guy seemed super stressed, barely spoke English, couldn’t find our booking at first. Definitely needed help, he was doing too much alone. Sometimes the daytime mood in the hotel felt off – but not a big deal.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The room was big and fairly clean. Good location in Las Palmas, close to the beach and stores and restaurants. Big thanks to Fran and the kitchen personnel that provided a very nice vegan plate to me. All the other people of the staff were very kind too. I absolutely recommend staying here.

The bathroom was good all-in-all, but could be improved with cleaning/re-doing the discolored grout between the tiles (black mold/mildew). You could hear a lot of what was going on outside the door and the walls were on the thinner side, but it was not a big deal.

I liked the stay in this hotel. I feel like I got real value for my money. Room was quite big, nicely equipped with comfy modern design furniture. Location was quite good, nearby to the city center.

The only difficulty was to find out the parking place if you are traveling by car. Hotel is situated on busy street with no possibility for long term parking. The only options remains are to use parking house recommended by hotel or find some place on streets around which is kind of mission hardly possible :-) But this is common to most of the hotels/accommodations in this city.

It's a four stars hotel, with cleanliness, the services and the price of a four stars. Comfortable bed. Very much appreciated the meeting room at the entrance, ideal if you have to work with the laptop during your stay. At the side of the central market.

No kettle in the room. Not very stable wifi in the room. No parking place.

Very nice room and especially the bathroom. Breakfast was good value for money.

Location is not perfect. Many shops in the area but not much else. For a good choice of restaurants you need to walk to the beach which is 20-30 minutes. And for the historical centre you need either public transport or a taxi. Located on a busy street so some noise comes in despite excellent sound proofing.

The hotel is located in a great area, very close to the nicest beach in Las Palmas and the famous seaside promenade. The reception staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious, very clean, and have good soundproofing. We only stayed overnight, without using the breakfast service.

It's a pity there is no parking on-site (the hotel’s partnered parking costs 16 euros per day).

The property was a 5 minute walk to a beach or 10 minute walk to another beach. It was close to the Center. It was extremem clean, cleaners were in every day. Bed was very comfortable.

We choose not to add breakfast as we felt it was expensive. The lady who checked us in was lovely not the man who checked us out was very dry and we felt we were bothering him when asking if he would call a taxi for us.

We stayed in the Junior room and the room size was great. Beds and sofabeds all comfortable. Nice blackout curtains. Central location for go anywhere in the centre. Good reception they booked our taxi to the airport.

The corridor outside the room had a weird smell, the shower area doesn’t have too much privacy.

It is central, fairly modern and spacious, parking wasn't really a problem - we were able to find street parking around the hotel form 9 to 11 in the morning, which was enough. Mattress is particularly good and, happily, tv can be set to hear movies in their original language. The room had a fake balcony, which provided with a necessary space from the other rooms and the street. There is little car trafic on that particular street, so the worst that can happen is to have some pedestrian smoking under the balcony, but that is something exceptional, so to say. Water, cold and hot, runs well. Bottled natural water was provided.

Slippers are not provided, widows should be far better cleaned, and when possible, wooden tiles in the bathroom should be changed for ceramic ones. Guests should not be allowed to smoke in front of the hotel, as it makes such a bad impression.

Good location, really nice people, very clean sheets and comfortable bed.

Even though they renovated recently they didn’t do a good job. The bathroom sliding door was badly set up, some of the walls in the room were already dirty and worn and you could see the old paint popping up and one of the outlets on the right side of the bed didn’t work. I didn’t really mind it but expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel.
