The hotel is directly in the city and you just need to walk about 100 m to the beach. There are Cafés and restaurants all around you to brighten your day. The hotel is very well equiped, located... For a short vacation or business trip an excellent choice. Everything very near. You can go to the beach for a swim or amazing walks through the beach promenade. As the hotel is directly in the city, everything is near which makes the stay perfect.

The breakfast was not included in the stay and the price for the breakfast was rather expensive.

Second time staying. For me the best price/quality ratio ive found in las palmas if you get It at the lower season price. Clean, comfortable , bright , spacious, good TV, good beds, great location, quiet . Some of the harsher reviews you might see are from people who expect way too much from a 3 star hotel. This is exactly what you should expect.

For the second time I was there I had no WiFi 😔 but I will let it slide because it was the day of the infamous apagón. The new mini bar system should have an exact itemized list because when I arrived I was missing two beers, which I had to find the cleaner to put in the fridge because I was afraid they would be charged. She said she forgot but I find it a bit worrying that you could be charged for something you didn't take. Not that I want her to be in trouble because she was nice....

Well located hotel moments from the beach. Comfortable and easy stay with self check in, access code is messaged before you arrive. There is an open office space on the 1st floor where you can get tea and coffee from the hot water machine. Very good tapas bar opposite - Tasca Galileo We parked our rental car at Parking Olof Palme 5 minutes walk away, which was very easy and secure safe parking lot for €15 per day.

We were in room 201 which was facing the main road (above the front entrance door) the windows do not block out noise well so you can hear the street noise and is quite loud, it is not great if you are a light sleeper.

The location is great, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the cleaning is excellent. The co-working space with standing desks is available for everyone. Unlimited use of the coffee machine and tea, plus a filtered water.

Unfortunately the beds separated very easily, we new there was two singles when booking though. There isn't a great view from the balcony, just onto a small street. It can also be quite noisy due to traffic and some construction going on at the time. The shower was not very powerful either.

I cannot rate the staff since I didn't meet anyone during my stay at the hotel (I did the pre check-in online). The room size was nice. We liked the free tea and coffee service in the coworking space. The location is quite central.

What we didn’t like was the view from the window — there is practically no view from some of the rooms (the largest ones), as they face the patio/courtyard, meaning you only see three more walls. The cleanliness of the shower could also be improved.

Large, clean room, great bed , great location, big TV with Netflix. Good lighting aand plenty of seating space Very quiet at night. Nespresso machine in lounge with teas and cold water . Junior suite has a cool balcony too. 1 minute walk to beach and Granier to take a nice breakfast looking at the ocean. The Temperature of the room was perfect in December. No a/c or heating needed. Good part of the city for restaurants too. Nice staff (when they are there!)

The WiFi wasn't working the first night. Repaired in the morning. Other than that all was great.

New hotel with a nice co-working place. Everything was clean and tidy. Easy to access any time as they send the code before the arrival for the room and main entrance.

The parking near the hotel is a disaster, as it is in the city center. Paid parking available for up to 1 or 2 hours only (license plate number required), so keep in mind if you planning to arrive with a car.

The hotel is in the central location, but very quiet, so that was gold. The room was very spacious, with couch, and open closet. All was very clean. WiFi works without any issue. Cleaning service every day. Small balcony but for the internal part so no view.

In the bathroom shower has no regulation, so that was a pity. Also if you are short, probably can't manage it by yourself. There was also no pot to make a tea, that's a pity. Keep in mind that park a car in this area is a miracle. We used paid parking which was around 15 euro per night

I had a great stay at Emete. The self check-in was very well organised, which made the arrival smooth and stress-free. The room was clean and functional, with a TV, a chair, and a table – everything I needed for a short stay. A staff member at reception was kind enough to help me arrange a taxi. The location is surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. I definitely recommend a Korean place!

Junior suite was as shown in pics. Very large room. Very clean and modern. Good toiletries and hairdryer. Large sofa, comfy chairs and desk area. Large tv with Netflix and prime (although no English). Bed very comfy and great location close to beach and an easy walk to the bus station.

Didn’t realise floor 1 is also a collaborative office space that is rented out. This wasn’t a problem as you can use the water and coffee machines there. It is an automated system so you check in online and they send you a code to access the main area and your room. However the code didn’t arrive at 3pm check in time. I called the number on the confirmation email and the lady that worked there came down and let us in. We waited 10 minutes for the room to finish being cleaned. Not an issue and was sorted immediately but just a note in case yr in same position. Definitely worth the wait though as great room at a good price.
