Would recommend to take room with see view, definitely worth it. Nice rooftop view, good location

Poor breakfast for 15 euros, we went somewhere else to eat. They give you coffee and teabags but no cups or hot water machine in the room. They have smarttv but no netflix on

Hotel with an excellent breakfast and a fantastic location! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful!

Our room wasn't the best. It was designed for guests with disabilities, which meant the shower wasn't a standard one, making it a bit challenging to wash my hair. Before my arrival, I had messaged them at the time of booking, mentioning that it was my birthday and hoping for a bit more attention to detail. Additionally, based on the pictures, I had expected a large swimming pool, but the terrace and pool turned out to be quite small

Location, right on the beach & promenade & only 5-10 mins to the town & shops. A great 1 hour walk to the old town. Lots of bars & restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The breakfast was below average; no egg station, no waiter service, incorrect cutlery on the table (can’t eat yoghurt with a fork), the hot dishes (only scrambled eggs, beans Spanish bacon & frittata) were luke warm & often empty. Coffee lukewarm sludge & no boiling water for tea. Don’t post in advance - €15 as they offer it for €10 each when you check in. We opted to post by the day and didn’t return after the first try. It’s a shame, we really hoped for better. Also, no bar, feels like an own goal. The coffee machines in the room - waste of space. Water Luke warm, can’t even make a tea! Room size 703 is tiny, 3 ft rail over a shelf to hang clothes (2 of us there for 10 days!), after 2 days moved to 508 - much better, but view was the back of the pool… Still a huge improvement.

Staff where great. Decent breakfast, clean and in a good location in Las Palmas. Supermarket across from the hotel and probably the closest I've ever stayed beside the sea and the sound at night off the waves is amazing and relaxing.

Rooms advertised are well photographed to look larger than what they really are..there's no room what so ever to put your clothes away so you're constantly living out of your suitcase. Really only suitable for a weekend stay.. The infinity looking swimming pool is a paddling pool..seriously! No bar in the hotel either but there's one just outside.

Really nice hotel, right on the seafront. Staff were all very friendly/helpful. View was lovely and it was good value for money. Bus can be taken to Juan XIII to the old town easily and there's a taxi rank right outside the hotel. We really liked the pool area, the loungers were very comfy, although there was only around 12 of them.

The balcony partition is too low. If anyone was stood from the room next door on the balcony they could see right into our room. Not a lot of privacy so it felt uncomfortable when we were all on our balconies. No loungers on the balcony was a shame. The chairs weren't very comfy, so coupled with the privacy issue we probably didn't utilise it as much as we would have otherwise.

I liked everything, but the picture of the swiming pool that booking presents is very misleading. In the picture it looks huge, but is is really really small. Also i was offered and upgrading to have a view to the sea, but the message did not specify that this was on the first floor and therefore not with the nice terraces that, again, you see in the picture, but ranger with a Windows you cannot open because people are passing by. So hotel great but booking information misleading.

Friendly reception staff especially David who was very helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and cleanliness was top class. Perfect location beside the beach and promenade.

I only choose to have breakfast on the first day but decided not to have breakfast at the hotel any other day. The breakfast area is too crowded unless you have breakfast very early. It is difficult to serve yourself comfortably with too many people in a very small area with a very high risk of spillages and accidents. My room did not have any outdoor space which was very disappointing. It would also be very good to have a very small bar within the hotel.

I really enjoyed trying to spot all the little design quirks around the hotel ranging from the really funky hotel room numbers to flower pots and banisters which I thought were really really well achieved. The staff was always very pleasant and engaging. Also, the fact that it was meters away from the beach and the beachside Promenade was really helpful for relaxing walks and all kinds of restaurants and other facilities.

I wish I had had a kettle in my room and I thought the television remote control was really really annoying. This also goes for every hotel room in the world which is why do their doors need to make so much noise when you close 🥺

The bed was big and comfortable but I didn't have a closet (I had to keep my clothes in my suitcase), the toilet brush was missing, the bathroom sink was too big (it was very hard to reach the tap with my mouth to rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth), the shower (the hand-held one) wasn't stable, it kept falling during the shower. Overall it was a good room for 2 nights with a great location,with a sea view but more than 2 nights would be difficult for me to stay there with my clothes in the suitcase. The design of the room was modern but not practical. Overall for a short time I recommend the hotel, for the bed and for some great photos with the view from the balcony.
