The local is amazing, just in front of the beach. Room was clean and quite big

You have to take a really quick shower because after 10 minutes, the water becomes cold. If there are two people, you need to plan ahead, as it’s not possible to take showers one after the other.

All basic needs were provided for and the apartment was cleaned daily and beds made. We found all the staff really friendly and when you stepped out of the apartment block you are immediately on the promenade on the beach

it would have been better if we had had a sea view, room a little chilly this time of year as the room was in the shade

uncharacteristically noisy at night no fault of the apartments we were in seafront view 3rd time had sea view never been problem before but this year a lot of people on the beach very late shouting and screaming before was24 hour reception now reception shuts at ten so unsure if when was all night reception if they some how deterred noise makers (I m not saying there is anything apartments could do about rowdy idiots had 15 out of 20 nights bad sleep but could possibly be noisy as we are normally there a little later in the year or earlier

The apartment had daily cleaning and was very spacious. The location is very nice and right next to the beach. No loud bars downstairs either, and 24-hour reception.

Though everything was clean and functional, very old furniture and kitchen. For the price, I would expect better.

The location is perfect; just in front of the beach. The 24hr reception made it very easy when checking in. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We needed beach towels and they found a few for us and also gave helpful information on taxis or other requests.

The internal courtyard facing apartments with Balcony do not have a great view and we had building work just in front, so it was noisy during the day (not hotel´s fault).

The receptionist and the cleaner were very kind and the balcony was nice

There was a clothing piece from previous guests in the closet. And we missed something to close the bathtub.

We really enjoyed out stay at the Brisamar apartments. Our studio was very clean, comfortable and light filled. The view from the balcony was stunning. We loved eating breakfast out there, watching the sun glistening on the sea. The location is brilliant, very centrally placed along the Promenade with restaurents and bars right next door. We were on the forth floor so the apartment was very peaceful at night. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend the Brisamar.

Overall we were very happy with the Brisamar and the facilities in the apartment. Two small things that would enhance this is the provision of a kettle and a hairdryer.

The building is right next to la playa de Las Canteras, the location is just perfect!

No dish soap nor sponge to wash the dishes and extra small shampoo and shower gel

I booked this place for the views, I've stayed in the building next door and I knew what I was going for. The balcony with the chairs and table was great and the bathtub was perfect for a relaxing bath.

A sponge with washing up liquid would be great as I stayed there for 5 days and I used glasses and plates that I couldn't wash. A washing machine would be an added bonus too as the building next door has washing machine in their flats. The tableware in the cupboards (glasses especially) weren't washed properly. Otherwise it was a great stay overall

The room was very dated, and there was no kettle. I had to move the microwave to use it as there was no power supply near where it was located.
