The location is a couple minutes from beach, shops and restaurants. Public parking few minutes. To enter use a code, on 3rd attempt door opened as was 2 keypads and need to press first to activate the smaller keypad. Keypad same for room door.The reception area lovely, staff in reception I think in the mornings if not contact by WhatsApp. Found there was WiFi in room on the second day, was a note on reception desk. The room clean, comfortable, smaller than pictures and a clothes rail for the wardrobe. Large bathroom. Nice rooftop area.

Everything!! This place was 👏 amazing. Although it didn't look right at the ocean, it was just a few steps over to the main walk and 1 vlock down to the main beach and all restaurants, bars and shops. Facilities were very stylish and modern with a do it yourself coffee bar and microwave in the lobby for easy use for all guests, while the room has a frigerator for keeping personal items. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was close and easy to all sites walking or the main bus transportation both local or then station close 10 minutes walk to get to and from airport or other parts of the island for very cheap and clean on time travel. Stayed 7 days and saw the whole island without renting a car. This was my favorite spot on the island, and being from Hawaii, it is most comparable. The staff made room check-in easy with code sent right to my phone, and they were often around for wonderful advice and assistance!! I say a 10 all the way around. Great value too,. I will definitely be back🤩😁

Just that it is not a beachfront property but not a true complaint because it doesn't say it is just so close to the beach.. Honestly, nothing!

First of all, big compliments to the cleaning staff, who do a fantastic job every day. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The hotel itself is well-maintained as well. The hotel's location is excellent and very close to the beach. While the owner is friendly, he isn't particularly helpful. During our stay, we needed a tool or would have liked a quieter room, but some of our requests went unanswered. Nevertheless, the hotel is nice.

However, the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. When the neighbor sneezes, it feels like they're right next to you in bed. The windows aren't very soundproof either, so street noise can occasionally wake you up.

Very pleased with the value of the hotel. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, good shower, two short blocks to the beach, and had a lovely, clean reception room and premises. There was also a small fridge in the room, a kettle on the main floor, and the smart features on the tv worked. I liked that there is no key, so nothing to forget. Rooms cleaned every day with nice decorations, and a little balcony with a drying rack. We had a couple of questions about the room, and the staff responded on what's app almost immediately and attended to our request within hours. Cookies left for us on Christmas Day. Super friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We were completely happy and would stay here again. One thing to mention would be the sound: traffic can be a bit loud outside, particularly on weekend nights until about 12. But it was not crazy loud. Bring earplugs, and it's fine :) Another thing to mention is that the room is a bit small and there isn't a closet where you can put away your things. But there are hangers and a few drawers, so we managed fine.

The property was close to the beach, restaurants shops etc. It was comfortable and clean and we did not need to have unnecessary contact with the management unless we had to (check in was done automatically and communication was clear).

The room walls are pretty thin and some guests raised mayhem a few nights at 2 and 6 am. We discussed this with the property management and I understand it's hard when it's a group of men to handle this but I think some solutions can be found.

We spent 2 nights at the beautiful Maresia Canteras Hotel and it was a really nice experience. We arrived by ferry in Las Palmas and after a long time waiting to get a taxi (because Barcelona was playing that night), the owner, Andres, proposed to pick us up at the port. He also gave us multiple nice spots to visit as well as great restaurants suggestions! He was very kind, helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is right next to the splendid beach of Las Canteras so for the sea lovers don’t hesitate to stay there!

The hotel owner, Andrés, was outstanding. When we couldn't get a cab to a concert he drove us to the theater. He allowed us to stay later after our check-out expired. He offered helpful sightseeing tips and was always quick to respond. The hotel is centrally located and is very quiet.

The balcony was a bit small and we would have liked a coffee machine in our room.

Very nice and newly renovated hotel in a convenient location to beach, shops and the cruise ship harbour. Helpful staff. Compared to many other hotels in the Canary islands this place is very fresh, modern, refurbished and light colours. We would come again. Seeview bakery&cafe just around the corner for breakfast. Bus stops close by, easy and cheap to get around.

Stayed 10 days, absolutely great place, spotless clean, spaciously and bright room with a small balcony, super comfy beds, very central to the beaches and restaurants. There are options for self-prepared coffee or tea, warm up some meal as well. Quiet at nights. I had a wonderful stay, would come back again!

Good location, very close to Las Canteras beach. The room and bathroom are a good size and very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

You can hear some noise from the street early in the morning. Also the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel is advertised as having air conditioning on this site The staff told me at the time that they don't have air conditioning, they don't advertise as having air conditioning and they were only putting it in, our room apparently was the only room with air conditioning... Anyway they did provide us with a fan because it was very hot at the time, there was a heat wave!
