Clear instructions in advance, sent through whatsap, so very easy to follow and to get into the appartment. We stayed in Valentina appartments last year, and we were happy to come back for a longer stay this year. It is good value for money. The appartment doesn't have a view, but the little balcony is fine, and for us the fact that the bedroom doesn't have an outside window wasn't a problem (it has a long thin window up on the wall that would open into the living area, and it lets some light in).

We had problems with the electrics, a couple of times. The hosts took a bit of time to reply to messages on the first occasion, which was annoying as we had no electricity. But once they responded, they were very helpful. The secont time it happened they moved us to another apartment which was an upgrade. The sofa in the original study appartment is not comfortable, I would say that is the one thing we didn't like. But in the upgraded apartment there was a comfortable sofa which was very welcome. It was a bit noisy from the apartment next door on a couple of nights.

We stayed in a 2 bed suite with large terrace and jacuzzi. Really enjoyed the outdoor space with the hot tub and we had a lot of meals on the terrace. Location is great just 2 mins walk to the beach and very close to many bars and restaurants and the promenade. Nadia was a lovely host, very acommodating and making sure we are comfortable.

Lift didn't work for the first 3 days but we received a discount to the price of our acommondation which we appreciated

This is second time in Valentina Beach and it was as nice as it was 5 years ago. Nadja is the perfect reception person, friendly and very effective – everything worked well! We would like to recommend this apartment to all guests who do not need or want normal hotel services. Last time we did even have jaguzzi in the terrace (in Senior Suite), and now a small balcony, which was also nice. The rooms and the hotel are very clean and fresh. The location is perfect, Las Canteras beach just 5 minutes walk away and Super Dino nearby to get the breakfast. Also some good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Short walk to the city center and to the buss station.

There could be a coat rack or hooks in the room entrance, maybe also a small shoe rack? Also more hooks and a small self for the cosmetics in the bathroom would be nice. The shower is not working very well: the water comes easily out of shower box and the whole bathroom is wet. Maybe a new shower curtain would help? Also a little pot could be useful in the kitchen or a kettle. We got an old small pot from Nadja, but it should be ready in the room. Some noice during the night from the street, but the location is great anyway.

Great location, close to the beach, close to grocery stores, close to bus station, clean, safe area Great coffee shop & churreria on the corner, great kebab place on the corner.

Lot of noise at night time

Very sweet little appartment, clean, modern bathroom and kitchen, we liked the little balcony. The location was excellent too, so close to the beach and surrounded by places to eat and also supermarkets.

Parking in the street is a problem, but there is a car park just round the corner with competitive rates if you don't mind driving to the 8th floor! You get used to it and it was very convenient.

The hotel was very well located, in a central area of Las Palmas, very close to Playa de Las Canteras and to a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It was also located at a walking distance (~10 min) to the bus stop to go to the airport or move around the island. The hotel itself was very pleasant and comfortable, with very large rooms and several amenities.

Even though we were told that the cleaning and changing of towels would be done every three days, we felt that was very insufficient, especially taking into account that it is a "beach hotel" (i.e. we bring sand from the exterior, we use more towels...).

The receptionist staff Belin and Nadia made everything so easy for customers

some customers have been waiting a long time to get into them room, but it's, not girls on the reception fault, when you only one with all of working tasks its difficult to be quick. Nadia and Belin working very hard.

Location is excellent and parking was adjacent to the building. Good facilities within the apartment and comfortable.

The lift was out of order and we were on the third floor which was a bit hard and also the shower was leaking when it wasn’t even used. There was also no extractor fan in the bathroom.

Very close to the beach and near bus station so very easy to get around and lovely to be able to have evening strolls down the beach and only be a few mins away from the hotel. Also felt very safe and secure and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculately clean and hotel was the exact same.

Nothing it was great value for money.

Great position for someone who would like to explore Las Palmas. Close to ocean and beach, some shops and cafeeteria around, bus stop to airport about 10 minutes walk. Parking on street is not easy, but there are some public parking places around. It is in the middle of city with pros and cons regarding noise. The studio was very nice, clean, house is modern and kitchen was well equipped and bathroom was very nice.
