Nice accommodation; neat, spacious and tidy apartment in a handy location for what we wanted, near someone we were visiting. But it wouldn't be my first choice of location in las palmas, although it is close to Al Caravaneras beach, which is handy for a quick swim. It's near the local food market and a short walk to the main retail area. Walking distance to the main beach at Las Canteras. safe and quiet area. Good shower, everything worked fine and had all the bare necessities for a short stay. Washer and dryer very handy for the light traveller! Washing liquid provided. Comfortable firm bed. We had no contact with anyone to check in, all done online which was fine for us and had no hassle with it.

There was only one small fan, which wasn't great. Definitely wouldn't be sufficient in higher temperatures. Not enough bins, just one under the sink. No recycling etc. You have to bring down to waste centre yourself to get rid of it. No drying rack for dishes. Very limited utensils. Furniture is mismatched but comfortable. The door is opened with a code pad only, so it's a bit unnerving as anyone with the code could come in.

Quiet location. Wonderful baker 100 m away. Main market 5 minutes walk. Buses very close. World class city beach (Las Canteras) 15 minutes walk. Comfy bed. Plenty of space. Super utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. Good storage space. Large fridge/freezer. Excellent hob. Nice clean shower room. Free amazon prime and netflix. I'd definitely stay there again.

It's all a bit spartan. There are exactly 4 cups for tea/coffee, one of which has a crack in it. The small kitchen items are very basic and sparse. A broken unhygenic knife should not have been there, ditto a bedside lamp (only one, why not two?) with a broken plug. Unevenly clean. They could have left more than one spare bin liner. Although we were there for more than 7 days, we did not get a cleaner. Limited TV channels, and no instructions how to use the TV and other gizmo.

Nice location and plenty of space in the apartment. It had everything we needed as a family of 4.

The cleaning could have been better. We swept and mopped the whole apartment after we got there so that the kids could run barefoot.

It was quite big for a couple, had washing machine and drier, kitchen equipped with most needed things but also orange juice squeezer.

Cleaning was supposed to be once per week but we got ours after 11 days out of our 18 days stay. They also provide toilet paper but honestly don't count for it, just fo buy yours. Internet connection very poor- difficult to work from there. Internet, if working, working only from the living room so in bedrooms you are on your own. Very uncomfortable pillows.

Nice and clean room with all facilities. Easy check-in with code. Good placement close to the northern centre of town.

The bed in our room was placed upon a raised floor in the room, reached by a long stairway without fences. Pretty cool, but not if you are walking impaired. Had to crawl up and down the stairs. Should’ve been mentioned in the description of the room.

Good location. Clean well appointed accommodation. Easy to deal with the owners via text. Would recommend for a stay in Las Palmas.

There is no car parking available ...you may end up driving for some time before you find a slot. Even if you do find a slot , you will need to pay for it and only until 10am or else you risk a penalty
