Amazing location, very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and modern design. The staff was really really friendly. The terrace is quite small, but it was never too full. The breakfast was OK, not many options and always the same.

At the rooftop terrace a couple of more comfortable sitting options would have been nice to have. I took a cushion from the hotel so it was better. The pool is not heated so we could not really use it in December. We would probably book without breakfast next time since the neighborhood offers a lot of options.

Nice bathroom and I loved the smell of the liquid soap/body wash/shampoo The beds were comfy and the mini fridge came in handy. We loved the location. It's right in the old town and very near the bus stations and some very good restaurants

Not fault of the hotel but our room was in an very narrow inner courtyard. Very quiet until the second night when a couple came back very late at night/early morning,threw open their window and had a very animated conversation for an hour or so. The noise just reverberated around the courtyard. Even closing our window didn't help. Apart from that our short stay was lovely, especially the helpful staff.

I was a little bit disappointed with roof top pool - which from photos looked very nice thing to enjoy , but it’s just a little square 70cm deep pool that looks more for kids . But it’s just a little thing , everything else was very nice

The swimming pool was tiny 🫢 was expecting a slightly bigger one from the pictures !

Felt like a 5 star hotel with the robes & two sets of towels. The room was very well equipped & cleaning daily was great. The reception staff were lovely - the girl ?Laura was so smiley & so helpful. The ?manager was also great, serving us a drinks by the pool area when there was a private event at the roof terrace. It was in a great location for the old town, and was very easy to get the bus up to Las Palmas for the beach & tapas market etc.

These aren’t really negatives, just things to be aware of: The rooftop bar was a lot more expensive than other places. The pool is very small / shallow - not a swimming pool. There is no fridge in the room but there’s a thing that looks like a fridge which just keeps things the same temp as you put them in apparently - found this out the hard way when all our fridgable snacks went off (it doesn’t say there’s a fridge, it just really looks like one!)

Location was perfect. staff very helpful, especially the young man at reception on Sunday 6/4/25. room was comfortable and cleaned daily.

Had to check in at a different property around the corner (we missed a communication about this from the hotel before we arrived so it was as much our fault).

Wonderful boutique Hotel in a fantastic location of old town La Vegueta. Lovely continental breakfast or bacon, sausage & egg, fresh fruit, cakes etc. Turns into a restaurant too, English & Spanish Menu in reception. All the staff were so very helpful & friendly. I can't wait to go back. Thank you everyone : )

Great location, nicely decorated and furnished. Great lighting in the room (a rare treat in hotels!) Pleasant, helpful staff.

Breakfast limited. Cleaning a bit hit and miss. (Sometimes towels not replaced or the wrong towels left) Room a little claustrophobic. Didn't try the restaurant as closed on Sunday and Monday when we needed it!

Loved being so close to everything including transport options. And Carmelo’s food!

Would have liked the rooftop bar/food to be open more open.
