Nice place that feels historic. Awesome location even though the city was doing work outside which meant alot of noise during the day. If you have a superior room it faces to the outside- the room is bigger and quite comfortable. The interior rooms faces in and are smaller.

Our room had a few thing that need repairs/updates but they were small and didn’t make the stay worse. If you have small children, know that they don’t have hight chairs in the breakfast room and, no elevators. Only two stories however so if you can carry or if they climb, you’re fine. The hotel is not suited to anyone with mobility issues. The breakfast could have jeen better, doesn’t come close to a buffet breakfast that one would be expecting. Bread, cold cuts, yoghurt, coffee, a juice and a couple of sweet cakes sums it all up.

This property is a historical building with beautiful interiors. It has traditional canary style interiors, and for the price we paid we did not expect to arrive in such a beautiful building! We got an interior room, meaning it had no windows, but we got an air conditioner which saved our lives during the heat. The room was small, but had everything you needed for a short stay. It was right in the center plaza, so only a minutes walk to the old town and different places of interest, as well as a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and main shopping street. It's also not too far away from the bus station to catch the buses across the island, and to the airport! About a 10 minute walk across the city center. The staff was very welcoming and lovely!

I loved the slightly faded feel of this old place. The restaurant bar next door is fantastic and with a similar vibe. Friendly staff. Lovely to watch life going on in the plaza below. I noticed a couple of rooms have a balcony. Get one of them if you can.

No chair to sit on and read in my second floor room, although there are some comfortable sofas on the first floor by a big window onto the plaza

I liked the hotel, it seemed vintage to me, I really liked the shutters and wooden stairs, the glass roof of the hall, the space itself and the views from the balcony window. It is known that the room itself is very small and it is more suitable for a casual visit, one-night apartments. The place is perfect to take a walk and discover many good restaurants in the old town. This is a hotel in the very heart of Vegueta.

if you are a person who wants silence, then this hotel is definitely not for you, if you are looking for modernity or luxury, it is also not for you. when you open the window, you will always hear the bustle of people because you are in the heart of the city.

Loved the location overlooking the square, (although dense foliage on outside tree somewhat blocked view it did provide privacy). We had the traditional outside room with balcony which I'm thankful for. Bed was so comfy and large bathroom. Would definitely return to the same room if back in Las Palmas

Breakfast was a very sparce continental and the room wasn't very welcoming.

The location of this hotel makes it just perfect, right in one of the most beautiful places of the city: Plaza de Cairasco! You can enjoy the entire old town by walk from there and it's not very far from San Telmo, the biggest bus station of the island.

The interior room was really dark, so it makes it mostly a place to sleep but not somewhere you'll stay during the day.

Location is perfect, little fridge in room, comfy and had all the basics. Was really easy to check in with no hassle at all. Felt very safe as a solo traveller especially because after midnight you can only enter the building with your room key which is good.

The blanket was too thin. Was pretty cold in the night. Not sure if reception had more as it was too late to ask. But everything else was perfect.

best location in Triana, very easy access for everything. clean and nice bathroom with hairdryer and shampoo etc. lovely girl in the reception at arrival :)

..very noisy outside from the restaurants and the wooden floor in the hotell makes every move from other guests, and employees, very loud:/ bring earplugs, and its all good;)

Continental breakfast was ideal. Receptionist was really helpful in all that was expected. Wish I could have stayed longer. If I have come to gran canaria again I would make this hotel my first port of call

Very little could have better. Only thing that could have made this trip better would have been not to have my husband in hospital

Front desk staff, Antoni and ??, were excellent and most accommodating, trying to assist both with room assignment and with missing Suitcase issue. Buffet Breakfast was good. Great area with lots of atmosphere.

No elevator, staircase a bit dark and difficult for the elderly, but front desk staff immediately offered to assist with suitcase, etc.
