The location is very good as there are places to eat and to walk. The neighb orhood is good at night.

The parking cost 15 euro per day and if you dont reserve it in advance you have to go to a public parking next to hotel Mencey about 3 to four blocks away is very uncomfortable.Also, 8f you want to have a balcony facing the garden or pool is also more expensive.The room we had face a side wall next to a public school playground very noisy if you want tp sleep late

The staff were so friendly. Everybody had a smile for you. Our room was fantastic, we were upgraded to a suite which had views of the pool. The pool area was spotless. The location was quite good too, just a short walk into the center. It was our first time visiting Santa Cruz and we absolutely loved it

The bar is very small. It wouldnt entice you to socialize in the hotel. Adding €1 per drink to have it poolside isn't a very nice touch

A very nice location close to the beautiful park Parque García Sanabria. It is slightly outside the city center, but still easy access to the center and everything is has to offer. The hotel is nice, clean and it has a small garden with a pool - a nice place to relax after walking around the city. We had a big room with a very large, comfortable double bed and a balcony facing the garden. The bathroom was also large and good. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

The hotel is located next to Rambla de Santa Cruz which has a lot of traffic and you can't miss the noise.

Hotel is well located and comfortable. Staff are friendly and attentive and it's a real bonus to have a decent-sized swimming pool in a central location. The availability of car parking on site is another advantage (note this usually needs to be booked in advance). Whilst it's about a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of the city, the surrounding area has beautiful old houses and an elegant park (Parque Garcia Sanabria), making it a very pleasant stroll into the centre.

Our room overlooked the playground of an adjoining school, so we were awoken by the sound of the kids playing at 8 O'Clock three of the mornings we were there. It wasn't any great inconvenience to us, as we didn't want to sleep much later anyway, but if you like a lie-in make sure you ask for a room away from the school when reserving.

Perfect location in a beautiful district and as a starting point for exploring Santa Cruz. Nearby is the most beautiful park in the city. Very good, varied breakfasts (including e.g. almogrote, goat cheese, arugula, good coffee from the coffee machine). Perfectly clean. Comfortable beds. Very large bathroom with shower and room with balcony. Despite the proximity of a busy street - after closing the windows in the room it was quiet. Well-functioning air conditioning.

Water in the pool in last days of October was quite cold. But even this swimming in the pool I will remember as something nice in Santa Cruz.

Very elegant neighbourhood in the heart of Santa Cruz, good hotel

There was a public work during 2 nights, the soundproof window does not exclude the extra noise.

Breakfast there is very good, a lot of possibilities to choose from, fresh juices, couple of coffee machines. All of the hotel crew were so polite, always happy to help and extremely kind. Even though we were there in mid Feb, the swimming pool was available, although in a bit limited hours (it's getting dark at 19 o'clock). The localization of the hotel is really useful - close to the old town/city center so one can easily walk there in 10 min. On the other side easy access to Rbla. de Sta. Cruz and from there in 5 min you can drive to Buenos Aires and choose motorway TF-1 or TF5. There is a Parque García Sanabria one street away from the hotel where you can go for a walk, rest under the shadow of the trees or do jogging.

Limited parking spots, we had to look up a spot on the street or search for commercial parking.

Very friendly staff, very good restaurant and bar, very good breakfast in the morning. Reasonable rates on food and drink. Beds are comfortable, big, and warm, and it was nice the standard double room even has a spacious enough balcony to sit and relax. Bathroom and shower are also spacious. Pool area is small, but quiet, so it's a good place to relax away.

The one complaint is that the TV doesn't function well most of the time. Lots of stuttering and signal issues. I wouldn't count it against the hotel, because I spent so much time outside. It's also a bit of a walk to the city center (10-15 minutes, give or take), but I guess it's nice to be far away during Carnaval. None of this feels major enough to dock the hotel.

Very comfortable beds, good location..5 mins walk from La Paz tram stop which goes to the main bus station and La Trinidad site of a Unesco world heritage town so great for getting around. Great breakfast worth the 12 euros. Beautiful area with the most amazing park next door....don't miss it. Easy 10 minute walk into the town centre. Lots of different lights to choose from in the room and great bedside lights you could read by..very well lit

My room at the back overlooked a school yard which was noisy. Shower head was really old and I should have said so at the start of the stay. They said they would deal with it when I told them at check out ...room 211. Restaurant menu on line did not reflect the correct opening hours so I never tried it.

The room had everything I needed - it was clean, the shower was great, the bed very comfortable and the wifi worked perfectly. I didn't opt for a pool view or balcony but my room view - nearby traditional buildings and trees - was still nice. The pool is a good size and the area around it has plenty of outdoor furniture and fresh-water showers. Whenever I had a question, the staff were very kind and helpful, and always entertained my dodgy attempts at speaking Spanish! The location of the hotel is excellent - in a quiet part of the city, though it always felt very safe to walk around by myself. It's just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Parque Garcia Sanabria and loads of local bakeries, cafes and restaurants, and only another 10 to 15 minutes' walk to the busier parts of the city, the central shopping area and the sea front. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and hope I can visit again soon!
