Our stay had its ups and downs. Room was equiped with a small fridge that was a great plus. While the facilities like the jacuzzi, sauna, and mini-gym were a nice addition, their availability only until 21:30 felt too restrictive, especially since it left us with just an hour to use them after sunset. Extending the hours would make them more accessible. On the positive side, the breakfast hours from 7:00 to 10:00 were convenient and accommodating. Everything was good. However, the variety of breakfast options was somewhat limited, with little change in the offerings day-to-day. Towels were changed everyday. However cleanliness was an area of concern. The rooms were rarely vacuumed, and we noticed a significant amount of dust under the bed, which was disappointing. The parking situation was also problematic. The hotel's underground parking fee of 15 EUR per day felt unreasonable, especially since there were free parking options available nearby. If you plan to use it you will need activate this service at the reception. Fortunately, we managed to park outside (public parking are free in 2025) near the BP station throughout our stay. Lastly, one of the elevators was out of service, which caused long waiting times, particularly for those using on the top floor where the terrace, jacuzzi, sauna, and mini-gym were located. Overall, while there were some positives, the experience could be greatly improved with better maintenance, extended facility hours, and more reasonable parking price.

Conveniently situated in the business district of Santa Cruz, this location offers excellent motorway access. While the suite I stayed in didn’t include in-room coffee facilities, there’s a lovely communal area nearby stocked with fresh fruit and biscuits—a thoughtful touch. A parking spot is available for check-in, making arrival hassle-free, and there’s a car park nearby for longer stays. The surrounding area boasts several fantastic cafés serving delicious breakfasts, adding to the convenience and charm of this spot.

I ended up with a good feeling about this hotel. It’s extremely clean, the room is big, nicely put together, the bed was very comfortable, the glass elevators are cool, the shower water pressure was more than I’ve experienced for years - at home or away. The sauna, gym and terrace on the 9th floor is cool too. The front desk attitude wasn’t great for me… it was polite but just not genuine and warm. Also when I asked for an iron, the attitude was not very nice.. the attitude of staff makes the difference between lower star and higher star hotels.

The room was spacious, also have a living room with table and chairs next to it. The bed was very big and comfortable. The hotel also offer luxurious bath robe which we can change daily, that's so wonderful. Fruits and pastries on offer daily was great too. Mini fridge works well and keep things very cool. Safe in the room is free of charge and looks very posh.

Drinks machine kept breaking, it was often difficult to make my cup of tea (I like my tea a lot).

Everything was great: the location, the room, the facilities and the breakfast. I have no major complaints about anything.

The only thing I can think of is that one light switch didn't work properly, and at some point a wire connected to this switch burned through, causing some crackling and a burned smell. However, after notifying the personnel, this was fixed almost immediately.

Everything was great! The location is nice - not far from the center and close to shopping areas. You can also get to the highway quick which gives you access to the beautiful locations of the island. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was great with a great variety. The elevator and terrace are nice and allows you to see the city from above.

We ate at the restaurant they have in the hotel one evening. The food was ok but if you expect traditional food you may be a bit disappointed. The restaurant dishes are inspired by Mediterranean cuisine but with a more modern vibe, which is nice if that is what you want.

It was a very nice stay at this hotel. Is a good location to explore Santa Cruz by walk, but it is good to have car. Nice room, large bed and the cleanest and softest towels I've seen and I travel often! I had included in the type of the room (club room) parking and coffee tea in the lobby. Breakfast was excelent, but cost 16 euro/person, when I booked the room it was not possible to choose with breakfast included. The parking was very important to us and it was included, otherwise it must pay 12 eur/day. Price is very good for the quality offered!

The hotel was clean, nice sized room we had the junior suite. A shame they didn't have coffee tea in the room. We read this on the reviews and took our own kettle and coffee /milk. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The location was good, on a bus route and a taxi rank outside the hotel. The next road has a large shopping centre which has a primark and even a C & A great to see this store again after it had shut in england many years ago We had to visit candalaria hospital which was the reason for our stay in Santa cruz. The taxi took 10 minutes from the hotel and cost around 8 euros each way. We used the hotel private car park which costs 14 euros a day. A good idea if you want to avoid the stress of finding a parking space near the hospital. There are a number of good restaurants near the hotel and the food in the hotel is also really good. They also have room service but we didn't use this on our visit The terrace has a gym and two Jacuzzis as well as sunbeds and a sauna. All really clean. Some of the staff we a little serious, not something we have found at other 4 /5* hotels. One of the lifts that goes up outside of the building(so you get a great view of Santa cruz) was out of action so we had to wait sometimes a little while. I believe there are other lifts in the hotel but the one we used was directly near to our room, so we didn't mind waiting. Overall I would recommend this hotel

Nothing the hotel was nice

Very good hotel in a perfect position. Had a standard room, but it was comfortable and very clean. The staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional with a good selection of hot and cold food. There was a gym, sauna, and two jacuzzis on the ninth floor with amazing views of the city. Secure, underground parking was very good.

Location was perfect. Very close to many shops, restaurants, etc. Spacious and comfortable room. Very good car park. More spacious that your normal Spanish car parks!!

The Wi-Fi was dreadful. Can't understand this is in a modern hotel. Only two devices can be connected at any one time and even then, the speed was comical. At one point I was only getting 3 mbps!!
