We LOVED this property. It felt very 5 star. We had a water villa over looking the pond which was beautiful. You can Kayak around the lagoon for free, and the pool was amazing, the biggest hotel pool I have seen which had jacuzzi seats available. The free boat service to breakfast was a lovely touch. The staff were so lovely, they did everything they could to assist you. There is a golf buggy service available to take you around the resort. The food was great and the breakfast was fantastic, it had lots of options, an egg/omelette station and lots of fresh fruits. We viewed the staff being amazing with other people’s children and so being caring. There is a seven eleven on the Main Street close by with a pharmacy near etc and Ao Nang was only a short taxi ride away for food. The hotel had opportunities for you to kayak around the mangroves on the border of the hotel, but we didn’t have much time available. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttles to Ao Nang and Railay … We loved our stay and definitely come back if we were in the area.

Bring insect repellent, like with most places in Thailand, but that’s not a negative for the hotel!

The Property was good everything was nice the pool was cool they just need a bit of cleaning in the pond that’s surrounding the houses. The staff was nice till last day.

At 8 am in the morning for almost 10-15 minutes someone tried to open our room door so hard that I had to wake up and warn. And also they charge for a broken glass I’ve never seen such thing or hospitality before having to pay 6-7 dollars for a broken glass is just not hospitable and nice.

Absolutely stunning resort surrounded by green and everything you need (pool, lunch and dinner place and a 7/11 close by). The staff is really nice although they don’t speak english very well so sometimes they don’t understand what you are asking/meaning. We loved every detail of it and enjoyed the stay. We will definitely come back if we happen to be in thailand again.

They checked us in 2 hours late. Not an issue di per sé but the receptionist kept saying that it would be soon 10, 20 minutes and that annoyed me very much!! They could have just be honest and say and maybe offer a lunch for us or something…

Beautifully designed rooms, lovely, unique location that is very peaceful

1. The hotel doesn’t have alcohol on its premises. Of course, this is not the biggest con, but we weren’t made aware of this before coming here. 2. The check-in process was very hectic, it felt like the staff couldn’t communicate between themselves, and the level of English was very very poor. Also, the ladies at the reception always seemed super unbothered to help out. 3. The hotel provides shuttle service to two beaches nearby, however those go very rarely, and are nearly always fully booked, especially if you don’t book a day in advance. Preferably, those should run every hour as the hotel is quite far away from everything, and it’s relatively hard to even get a grab to this location. 4. Food was ok, but breakfast could have a way better selection/variety.

Everything. My husband and I stayed in Jacuzzi Suite Water Villa for 3days, 2nights. We were amazed on the villa, it was very nice, comfy and clean beddings, love the jacuzzi with the lake view, nature feels, enjoyed the monkey-watch over our balcony. The foods were really good, great and generous breakfast servings. For breakfast main course, you have to order from their bfast menu and they will cook for you and the rest is laid via buffet (coffee, juices, water, bread, salad, etc.) The swimming pool is huge, clean fresh feel water and has very nice sunset view in the background when we took a photo at the pool ❤. My husband and I had a morning walk tour within the property on our 3rd day (before we check out) which has a very good nature feels. Friendly staff and always greet you with sweet smiles :) This was my fav pick place among the 5 hotels we stayed during our visit to Krabi, Thailand 👍🏻❤

Since its nature with nice landscape and lake, expect mosquito bites. I brought mosquito repellent lotion/spray. The rest we really had a great experience and relaxing days during our stay.

I loved everything about the property. The marsh, the decoration, the details, the staff was lovely. It was very calm and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, the pool is unreal. I loved staying there and I will definitely go back for sure. He had a yoga class outside and did the paddle board which was very fun! I recommend to do the activities on the board which are included in the price.

Probably the location, it is a bit further out but that’s what makes it unique.

It is a very peaceful and well maintained resort with all modern amenities, situated 8 km from the busy Ao Nang beach. The rooms are spacious and the view is something you won't get bored of. They had a great breakfast spread. The in-room dining menu is pretty comprehensive and everything is made with special care and lots of flavour! Really friendly staff and super friendly cats.. We booked a boat tour through them. Will definitely recommend for anyone who's staying more than 2 nights in Krabi.

Somebody had a great idea and even though the localization is not greates, the resort looks stunning and most of the time we had a very comfortable stay. The rooms are nice and well designed. We stayed in 2 huts that were connected to make a familly hut. There was even too much of space for us. The beds were comfy , the room was clean enough (with some small things like handprints on the windows...). The Swimming pool was awesome (but the staff would not clean around very often which was weird). Breakfast was great - food was super delicious and there was a good choice of things to eat.

The concept of this place is very nice, but the idea and the way it is brought to life are a bit apart. Most of the time I had a feeling that people who worked there did not know what how to do their work efficiently. Everything, from check-in to check-out took just soooo long it's incredible. Same with the restaurant, perhaps except breakfast (though 1 coffee machine for soo many people is not the best idea as well) - once we went to the restaurant for dinner and waited for about 40 minutes to even place our order (and there was a handful of ppl with us)... The AC in the room was really loud A few things that each on their own was a small inconvenience but when they are pilled up together it was hard to not to see them. All in all i think the staff is really the biggest issue here.

We stayed at this hotel as part of our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. Everything about the room felt and looked really luxurious. Our hot tub didn't work at first and the team sent someone over instantly to repair it. The staff were super friendly and helpful, helping us organise our ferry and transfers to Koh Lanta after our stay. The free daily shuttle services to Railay Beach and Ao Bang were great, do book yourselves a space in advance to avoid disappointment. The breakfast was delicious and all fresh with plenty of choice. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely visit again.

There could be more sun beds around the pool as we often found it was full and had to leave our belongings on the side.

This amazing facilities make you feel all the luxury in Thailand. Lovely interior, couldn’t ask for anything else, clean, super comfortable bed and amazing views. Swimming pool just in front. 10 min by scooter to the main town, rented directly from the hotel for a very reasonable price. Lovely food and good breakfast.

Be prepared to wait 3-4 hours to check in or until you get your room. They are always very short of staff and tends to be only one person at the desk to check in everyone which takes forever. We arrived before 2pm and we didn’t get our room until 6pm.
