The location is very serene, the property was really clean, the staff was really kind, on top of it there was complimentary breakfast, a great seating area in the lobby and cherry of top, there was a 7-Eleven across the road if you needed anything. This was the best stay of our entire Thailand Trip.

Although its a blessing in disguise but for non-seasoned travellers, the location being far from both Railay beach and Ao Nang could be an issue. But, Ao Nang is a shitty place. And this place is a very good distance away from that shit-pile of a place.

Very clean and new hotel around 15 min drive from Ao Nang. We stayed here before checking into a longer term let and it was perfect for what we needed. There’s bike parking and a 7/11 just over the road. Our room had a little balcony which was nice but it’s a pretty basic hotel.

No tea/coffee facilities inside the room but there’s a stand in reception at breakfast time where they put out a toaster, bananas, and tea/coffee facilities. Just not in your room that’s all Not a criticism but you need a bike if you’re staying here, there’s nothing really in walking distance and no Grab in Ao Nang due to the taxi mafia. It’s a nightmare if you don’t have your own bike

Very clean and nice Free breakfast is basic - toast and jam, bananas You can also order breakfast here but never got one, a bit expensive and not looking that good, always went out for breakfast. Around you can find many restaurants with a good price Room service was done everyday if you hang the “Room Cleaning request” at your door Staff is helpful and friendly You can rent a scooter from many companies around with a delivery service to the hotel

Location is ok, we did like 15-20 minutes walk to the quiet beach in a shade. Otherwise there is nothing else around

Location was good very closed to AoNam Mao pier 5 min to walk 500 meter. Than very easy to acsess Railay beach 10 min.s by public long tail boat. 100 baht per person.And there are many minibus to go other distiricts like, KhaoLak Khao Sok, Koh Samui;Phuket etc.And the hotel staff are sooo lovely and helpful . Little snack, coffe and tea at the lobby all the time..Very closed to nice local restuarants.It is perfect whom are looking for a nice local quite area.

Only It woud be just great if there was an elevator to go upstair to the rooms, it was diffucult for us to carry 20 kg luggage up to 2nd floor. And air condition working very loudly disturbed us during sleep.

The property is modern, clean and comfortable. Directly opposite 7/11 which is very convenient. It’s also a short walk to ao nam mo pier where you can get a boat to Railay beach or ao nang for 100 baht. Very cheap. The staff at the hotel were so kind and welcoming. There is also a barber directly opposite next to the 7/11 who cut my partners hair, he was also very cheap and very good.

The only negative is that it’s not within walking distance from ao nang, grabs were not a struggle to get but if you wanted the convenience of walking into the town I would book somewhere closer.

Friendly staff,coffee and water available all day, large bright lobby area to hang out. Small breakfast offering (bread, banana and rice), but enough to get you going. Small patio on your deck to sit, nice sized room, refrigerator, tea kettle. Room was very clean and they clean floors all day around the property. 7-11 across the street, a couple very good restaurants toward the pier, a proper coffee shop up the road and a short scooter ride over to Ao Nang and the craziness of all the tourists.

The room was very clean. The bed was spacious and comfortable and the staff were very kind and helpful! Transportation that I had arranged with a third party was over two hours late to pick me up, and the staff were kind enough to let me wait in the common area. One of the staff called the transport company many times on my behalf to communicate for me as I can not speak Thai. She also bought me waffles for a snack to take with me on my journey!! It was such a lovely gesture. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend!! Thank you to the staff for their kindness and generosity.

Morden, clean, peaceful with complimentary breakfast This is probably one of the nicest budget friendly hotels I have stayed at in Thailand Bed was super comfortable It's a little bit away from AoNang but the price reflects that and can hire a bike very cheap

A kettle in deluxe rooms would be a nice addition, mugs provided for some reason but no kettle

really lovely hotel for such a low price, staff were really helpful when i asked questions and wanted to book a taxi into ao nang, my bed was so comfy and i had a little balcony, free coffee and tea in the lobby and there's a 7-11 and some street food right outside the hotel

it's a little far from ao nang and the main parts of krabi but you can get there by taxi or by walking a little bit, i was only here for two days to relax though so this was perfect for me

Gorgeous lobby area and very modern rooms. Basic breakfast of toast and fruit was provided each day. Tea and coffee was available 24hrs. Location is about 10mins from ao nang which you could get to by local bus for 50 baht. There is good food close by. Staff were super accommodating and friendly! Room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The location was good being removed from the busy area but the beach is not great. We had to go to ao nang for a nicer beach.
