The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have plenty of tours that they can book for you. The free shuttle to Ao Nang was a great option (after 8pm you have to find your way back). The resort is located in a quiet area next to amazing limestone cliffs, so was a nice place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang. Make sure to stay in the new rooms closer to the beach, as they are great and MUCH better and renovated, the old ones are not nice at all and outdated.

The pool by the beach could use some cleaning so guests can use it(especially that you can’t swim in the sea in that area), you can still swim in it, but it’s not very clean. Could use more comfortable lounging area by the pool/beach. Spectacular location; low lying resort hotel situated at the foot of limestone outcrops, with 3 pools and its own beach should you want to use it. A minibus takes you into town at regular intervals. Our room was impeccable and comfortable. The staff were delightful and helpful, most especially the two guest relations managers. Well recommended if you are heading to Krabi

Catering was a bit of a let down. No bar. One restaurant with food choices on a board and if the resort was empty, there seemed to be no restaurant and a trip to the local town was required. Food quality was generally good and generous. They helpfully catered to our gluten intolerance which was appreciated.

The hotel has a wonderful location just by some limestone cliffs and away from other hotels. You can truly feel you are in a rural setting The local village has frequent long tail boats to Rai Ly and it's beaces Note elephants in the pictures are concrete!

Given it is a 25 minute walk to the nearest village it is a pity the same food choices are offered in the buffet supper every night. A little variation would be nice especially if you have had a tiring day and do not fancy walking into the village to eat at one of the two eateries

The natural surroundings. It's not a beach resort. You want calm and quiet surrounded by mountain on one side and the ocean on another plus lush green manicured garden, then this is the place. It has 3 beautiful pools and excellent staff. If you want the beach, you can take a hotel provided ride to Ao Nang beach.

Safety and cleanliness. The safe provided in the room is too small. The internal phone system did not work. Shower attachment rod came off the wall. Towels are torn and needed replacement. Ants in the room. Too many steps on the property which are not lit at night properly. Need to be careful walking around. I almost cracked my head on the headboard while trying to rest on the bed. Wrong design. Place is beautiful but needs professional help to turn this place to a true resort.

Spacious room. Swimming pool in front of rooms. Total area of the hotel is quite large. Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel located in not busy area They have taxi service to the Main Street at Ao Nang.

Food and beverages was minimal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Best is to go outside the hotel for this. Loud music was playing during the dinner, which we did not like. We were missing a shower curtain. So you had to shower carefully not to make everything wet.

The staff here go out of their way to help you out. They are very kind and friendly and resourceful. The place itself is surrounded by beautiful mountains and right next to the beach. The pool is 10/10 too! The location is a little far from the airport but close to everything else including piers to Islands, Ao Nang night market etc. we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for making my birthday so special!

Very clean and modern. Well maintained property and rooms. Great staff. Giant pool. The transfers to Ao Nang are very convenient and their drivers can always give you a lift for a very reasonable price. Just a note - pick up in Ao Nang is in front of the McDonalds that is near the Starbucks and farther away from the beach. The location is amongst some scenic mountains and you can actually take a stroll along the path behind the hotel into the jungle. We were served complimentary fruit and had the room cleaned daily. Breakfast was standard for Thai hotels, but filling and great for the price.

Can’t point out anything major. Perhaps the internet got a bit slow in the evenings when everyone would connect.

AMAZING!! Absolutely loved it, ended up staying an extra night. Quiet area, short drive into busy parts of krabi. 3 pools!!! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Bit of a wait between bringing out my dinner and my boyfriend’s, he had his dinner ate before mine even came out. Pasta portions a bit small but delicious.

The location is a bit out of the way which we knew but you can’t use the beach as it’s not really a sandy beach as we thought from pictures.

nice and clean room (there are two different-look building, we are on the beach side). it's not a swimming beach - no large beach front but there are chairs and open space to have sea view.

swimming pool is not private - should at least create tree-wall hiding the reception.
