Wonderful welcoming staff who are always on hand and help you to feel happy and comfortable. The pool was great and the hotel is as it says, by the sea. Lots of bars just up the beach. Great view of longtail boats waiting to take you to one of the islands which go frrom Ao Nam Mao pier. Fantastic value for money if you book early. We booked an additional week as we loved it so much but due to it being over the Xmas and New Year period it was double the price. Breakfast is hot or cold but only toast, eggs and fruit for us - I didn't fancy rice and cooked veg!

Bed was a little on the hard side but ok once you got used it. They only serve breakfast and have no other food available so a vending machine or some snacks at reception would have been nice. However, there are a number of small supermarkets across the road.

A five minute walk from the pier to Railay Beach. A quieter part of Krabi than Ao Nang but within a ten minute drive. Staff were friendly and night security meant the place felt secure. The pool and breakfast area has a lovely sea view. The rooms felt more like holiday lodges than hotel rooms. Mine was large and clean.

Unfortunately not many options for food or convenience stores near, but you can always just use the Grab App. The bathroom plumbing wasn’t the best and had a bit of a smell. No non meat options for breakfast; even asking if one was, they put chicken in in.

Location, location, location! This is on a beautiful beach with a string of really cool bars and restaurants! Some of the best food we had on our entire trip. The bars are relaxed, hippy, reggae style - especially Joy Beach cafe! We stayed 5 nights and didn't even bother looking to go into the town!

Breakfast was terrible. Cold eggs and a broken toaster that cremated the bread or left it cold. The chef was clueless. I stuck to museli cereal - which you can't really mess up. Also front of hotel is on a busy road which looks a bit grim at first. But don't judge a book by it's cover, beach out back leads to the best stretch of beach bars in all of that Krabi coastline. Made up for all the down sides.

Nice hotel with the pool and sunbeds overlooking the beach. Room clean and comfortable, pool is small but ok (apart from a few missing tiles). Breakfast is not bad. If you're expecting 4 star luxury this isn't for you but it ticked out boxes. A few minutes walk up the beach gets you to Joy Cafe. A bar serving food and drinks literally on the beach. Live music every evening from about 7.30 until 10pm. It's so laid back and the food and service is great and not that expensive. The highlight of our stay at this hotel.

Amazing view, although the beach was not really suitable for swimming. Good service, cleaned up whenever we needed, gave us fresh water, coffee, shampoo and shower gel every day. Furthermore, we had always clean towels on hands.

Breakfast was pretty bad: first day it was bar where we pick up whatever we want (too bad if you were late) - no matter what we reserved next day they had only eggs with toast (that was great as we could have more) last day was the worst as it was what we ordered, but not fully (no chicken with rice, so it was only rice and egg) + sausages/salad/ham were disgusting as they had been swimming in water for some time already (very gross)

A little far out from Krabi/Ao Nang, if that’s what you’re going for. We booked while backpacking as a good stop off point to visit Railay for the day, so location not too much of a downside for us as we knew it was a bit further out. Other than this, can’t fault it for what we wanted.

Breakfast good, different everyday, cleaning was great, pool lovely, location was lovely for us but not in the centre if that's what you desire, Joy beach and dinners locally amazing also the pier very close, tiny authentic store across the street was great and most of all Mac is great on reception- his help and friendly demeanour made our stay lovely. Bus outside for access to Ao Nang Beach very cheap, easy and often.

This hotel is great value for money. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom was newly renovated, quiet air conditioning and fridge in the room, the local breakfast options are good and filling, the swimming pool is a good size to do some lengths in or just cool off in. The views from the pool and restaurant area are amazing looking over the pier and the hills. The location is out of the way from Ao Nang main area. But there's some nice, cheap local restaurants nearby (check out the amazing roti place), a few supermarkets as well, and you can either hire scooters or get the local shuttle bus to the beach. The staff are super friendly and helpful and managed to answer any queries we had.

It would be good if there was a drinking water refill point to reduce plastic waste instead of having plastic cups of water.

This place is a Pearl! Great value for money. I loved that it’s in a very quiet area, and as a light sleeper, I slept very well. The pool is amazing, staff super friendly and rooms are good size. I’ll surely come back here on my next trip to Krabi!

The breakfast was not up to my standard. They have three sets and all of the three are salty/Asian style (fried rice, soup, eggs), I was missing a “sweet” breakfast like yogurt and cereals, for example. For me, personally, the breakfast was not a break dealer. I was sleeping in almost every morning so I anyway missed the breakfast and there are many other breakfast spots in the area. Also, the position is overall great, but if you want to go to Ao Nang, it’s approximately 10 minutes drive by taxi, so keep in mind this before booking.
