The couple who own Green Garden House were the loveliest people we met in Thailand. They were so kind and helpful and all of the tours we booked through them had massive discounts. The bungalows are huge, there’s way more space than we expected. They had lots of recommendations for food and activities nearby. We’re definitely returning next time we’re in Thailand!

Pun and Haroon were extremely kind, if I could I would give 20 points for cleanliness, 👍 Fresh bottled water every morning and a little attention, dessert was waiting on the terrace table! The accommodation itself offered much more than a hotel room. There was space, terrace, small garden, dining room, kitchen, separated bedroom! Everything was available almost within walking distance, shopping, port, restaurants, massage, Peace and quiet was also important to us, so we were a little further away from the bustling Aonang nightlife, but you were in the center in 5 minutes by motorbike! The hosts Pun and Haroon looked after our comfort in everything, we thank them very much afterwards for making this magical two weeks of relaxation in Thailand unforgettable! 💕 We will definitely be back!😉

There could be a smaller closet in the hallway and bathroom to make packing easier. A mosquito net would also be good for the front door. The lack of any accessories was not a problem for our comfort feeling

The location is peaceful and spotlessly clean, truly comfortable! Super clean, charming, and calm with beautiful grounds. You could hear the birds every morning. It was such a peaceful oasis to return to each evening. We got a scooter to get around. The hosts were attentive, kind, and extremely helpful! They helped us arrange a scooter which was dropped off and picked up from the apartment, and also supported us with bookings for activities. We especially appreciated the gifts of fresh fruit!

The refrigerator turns off when you leave and take the room key, so be careful of what you keep inside. It would have been helpful if there was one more shelf to put our unpacked clothing, but this was a tiny detail and did not negatively affect our trip!

The room was very clean and had a small kitchenette. Mouldfree bathroom is rare in southeast asia and this was one of the cleanest ones! There were many birds around too. The breakfast food and thai desserts were very nice. The host couple was always enthusiastic and gracious. They arranged for a tuk tuk for early morning tour. The Joy cafe at the beach has really good food. The city place/ Ao Nang is a 10 min ride away and of crs has many options for food

Need a mode of transport to the city. However, its not an issue as if you inform the owners in advance, they can arrange one for you or provide some solution.

What an incredible stay at Green Garden House! The glowing reviews were absolutely right. The hosts are exceptionally kind and go out of their way to help with everything. Communication was fantastic—they provided countless tips and suggestions. They even assisted us when we had issues with Lomprayah for our transfer, helped us rent a scooter, and shared recommendations for restaurants and must-visit spots. Even though breakfast wasn’t included, they generously provided water and homemade sticky rice. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and nestled in a peaceful, natural setting—far removed from the busy and overly touristy Ao Nang. While you’ll need a scooter to move around, it’s completely fine and part of the charm, as it lets you explore the area at your own pace. Overall, an amazing experience. Thank you so much!

The couple who owns the property was amazing and super sweet and helpful. They brought us either fruit or dessert everyday. The bungalow was super cute both inside and out!

The location was a bit tough, we wanted to be close to the pier for going to Railay for climbing, and that was great. But other than that, there were no good restaurants in the area and it was tough to get around on foot. The bungalows are nice, but the beds were very firm, like box springs, and we had ants in the bathroom and kitchen area the entire week we were there.

Whilst the accommodation was amazing and in beautiful environs, what really makes Green Garden House such a special place to stay is the hospitality. Both hosts, husband and wife, were very amenable and accommodating. They are authentic, honest people and I learnt so much about Thai people and culture from my conversations with them. Both come from hospitality backgrounds, primarily hotels, and I can see that they really are experts in this field. I was treated to mango sticky rice for breakfast and was able to hire a motorbike directly from the hotel without having to use a third party. 7-Eleven is a ten minute walk and the pier is 15 minutes away and grants access to several destinations including Railay Beach, which is a 15 minute boat ride away. There is a delicious Som Tam restaurant 12 minutes walk away and several others by the beach a bit further away. There are several tours bookable through the hotel and nowhere did I find them at a better price point. I did the Phi Phi and Hong Island tours, they were both well organised and comprehensive.

Location quiet, away from traffic.. Made to feel welcome, hosts very helpful young couple , brought me water and small breakfast.. went out of their way to accommodate me, a mature woman, travelling alone... good standard of accommodation, enjoyed my short stay there. Can walk to nearest shop 10 mins beach about 15 to 20 mins ideal as a Base or short stay no facilities on site

No security measures... Getting into complex..easy access...One window by kitchen area could be viewed at night..?.. Was a woman staying alone... Luckily extra security door had extra lock... And windows extra security.. And had owners mobile phone who lived in one of the houses.. Nearby..

The bungalow has all you need and is extremely comfortable. The location is a bit off the beaten track but is very peaceful. The couple that run this are extremely attentive and are really helpful with advice and support. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and helped me and my sister to get about the local area. They even helped with a lift to the airport.

The staff are very friendly and sweet. They are a cute couple, and they hosted us warmly. They offered us sticky rice (famous Thai dessert) every morning although our booking was not included with a breakfast. My boyfriend and I both had a memorable time in this villa, and we will always, always miss this cute room!

I wish they had a food and drink machine that could provide some drinking water throughout the night or maybe some soft drinks and little snacks for the times everywhere else is closed and you forgot to shop beforehand. We had a rough night without water and we both were sick and had fever so no energy to ride anywhere to get some water, we had no choice but drinking the tap water and we both got upset stomach after that. I also do believe that the room would be a better place if there were some simple cooking equipments like a small electric stove and a microwave to warm up food and a toaster to toast some bread if you decided to stay and prepare your own breakfast!
