Breakfast options limited and not access to food in the evenings

I spent 7 days at this hotel, staying in a sea-view room with a king-size bed. I arrived at 1 pm, and the room was already ready. Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was incredibly accommodating. The room itself was spacious, modern, and clean, with a stunning view. I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel every morning, and the quality was excellent. The hotel also features a fantastic swimming pool. Every team member I encountered was focused on providing great service. The location depends on what you're looking for. If you're hoping to be just minutes away from restaurants, the beach, and nightlife, this might not be the best choice. However, if you're visiting Krabi to explore nature and want to be near Ao Nang without the hustle and bustle, this is a fantastic option. Getting a taxi can sometimes be challenging, especially if you use services like Bolt, as I had to wait a while for a driver to pick me up. The receptionist does offer a taxi service, but it's significantly more expensive. A big thank you to the entire team, especially Sarah and another staff member whose name I unfortunately forgot. Their service was exceptional. Thank you!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, with stunning views that create a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, you can truly enjoy the chill vibes while listening to the birds and cicadas. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a mini fridge and kettle. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that our visit was pleasant from start to finish. Conveniently, the hotel is only about a 10-minute drive from Ao Nang town; however a motorbike or taxi is needed to move around. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with breathtaking views and a welcoming environment.

A little bit far from where the action is. But with Grab - both transport & food is easily accesible

A wonderful hotel with good facilities and views of the sea. We took one pool-access room and one sea-view room. Rooms are very spacious and good option for a long-stay. Excellent furniture & bathrooms. Its a bit of a climb each time you head out. Only catch is that its located far from the bustling beaches and markets. Hence its a good option if you are on a self-drive trip or have a full-time car available. Taxi's are available of course, but its still far from the bustling night life and the beaches. Breakfast is basic and they do not have a restaurant for either lunch or dinner - so be ready to order on the apps (Bolt). Overall, we loved the place!

The hotel is in a nice location outside the noisy Ao Nang centre, so very quiet place to come back and wake up there.The room was really clean, comfortable and good quality. Bed very comfortable, aircon good, decor good, balcony view to the mountains and sea very relaxing. Cleanliness was fantastic. Pool area nice and clean. The omelette breakfasts were delicious, very good portion size, with fruit, toast and drink included. The friendliness and quality of customer service of all staff members was exceptional, they made our stay very special, thank you. If you take a cab/tuktuk it's about 300baht, or you can rent a scooter. It's too far to walk to the beach or town. If you want a place that is really quiet and relaxing with lovely people Heaven View is your place to be!

Great stay, exceded expeciations. Stayed 3 nights. Very nice room (looks as good as the pictures), large clean and comfortable, had great sleeps. View from balcony is spectacular. Hotel is clean and quiet, removed from the busy areas. Very nice breakfast and the coffee was excellent, the little cafe is a nice spot to sit (coffee juice and snacks). Pool is beautiful but needs some shade around it, it gets hot! Laundry service great. Staff are excellent in particular the main front desk person, we can't remember her name but we remembered she said it was like Thai for banana :), she was great! Keep in mind this hotel is a little further out, need a taxi to get anywhere restaurants etc.

Shade around the pool would be nice. But no big complaints this place was great.

I loved the view, and the room was quite spacious. The direct pool access was also a great perk! However, I was really surprised by the condition of the towels — they were so worn out and torn that they really shouldn’t be in use anymore, which was a bit of a shame. I also think the overall cleanliness could be improved. We requested cleaning for one day, only to find the same dead insect still in the same spot, which was disappointing.

My wife and I recently stayed at Heaven View Krabi Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience! The hotel is beautifully located in Ao Nam Mao, offering stunning views . Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a private balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
