The great hospitality from the beginning, the staff is great and here is a shout out to Tar our hero 💕 The room is spacious, perfectly decorated, snacks and drinks (non alcoholic) are free, the pool is amazing, we loved every single detail in this place We couldn’t stay for 2 nights because it was fully booked, but we wanted to enjoy the beautiful beach and here is what they offered us: SO GENEROUS they offered that we stay and enjoy the beach as long as we want, then we could take a shower and change clothes in a so called shower room, it has EVERYTHING but a bed! There were towels, hair dryer, shampoo and a shower gel, the closed the curtains so it will be private! After that we enjoyed a cup of coffee They were so nice till the last second I LOVED everything and I’ll definitely be back in my future honeymoon ♥️♥️

A very luxurious and beautiful resort. Well-kept and invested. Quiet and pleasant. The rooms were beautiful, large and luxurious. The staff is very helpful and does everything to make your stay great, taking care of all your needs with joy and a smile. The breakfast is varied, fresh and very tasty.

The hotel is isolated and every exit from it requires a taxi at a slightly expensive cost. The food and drinks at the hotel are also a bit expensive compared to the environment. The faucets in the shower need additional maintenance. There are shuttles to the city center. But not very frequently and each trip is limited to 15 passengers. Which requires pre-registration. And does not allow spontaneous departure from the hotel even if it requires waiting for a shuttle...

The location, the views, the staff and the facilities

The food at the seafood restaurant was not the best, and was very expensive. The breakfast however was incredible

The team of people working here were very conscientious in making sure our stay was as wonderful as it could be. The property is beautifully furnished, decorated and maintained. Everywhere is kept clean. The grounds are well kept and complement the architecture. The hotel also features some unusual and attractive artefacts. This property is a genuine 5 star experience. It has two pool sections but is fronted by a soft sanded beach that stretches many kilometres and there is a small river besides which was ideal for paddle boarding. The sunsets here were incredible. The Michelin recognised restaurants and food were sublime. The spa was heaven! The hotel organised a number of excursions for us in their private transport. There is an elephant sanctuary, waterfalls, bamboo river rafting (gentle but exciting), temples and many other experiences to enjoy. There are so many good things we could say about this property. I would not hesitate to book a future stay here. Make sure if you come to Thailand you choose this as your last stay as for us, nothing else compared.

We have nothing negative to say about this hotel. We have moved on to other hotels in Thailand since but still keep talking about our experience at this one.

Devasom is a beautifully curated mid-size boutique resort with cozy and stylish design throughout. The beds are incredibly spacious and comfortable, the views are stunning, and the whole place has a sense of calm, taste, and refinement. The service was exceptional—every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, showering us every morning with fresh juices and fruits, and always making us feel welcomed and cared for. Special thanks to our amazing butler Max and the entire team for their heartfelt hospitality and outstanding service. You made us feel truly at home. They also prepared our meals exactly the way we like them, which was a lovely personal touch. Everything—from the setting to the atmosphere—was done with great attention to detail and true hospitality. We’ve traveled all over the world, and Devasom is honestly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended for anyone seeking style, comfort, and a meaningful experience.

If we were to suggest one small improvement, it would be regarding the Kids Club hours. It would be wonderful if it stayed open a bit later in the afternoon—perhaps until 6 PM—and if the midday break from 12 to 1 wasn't so strictly enforced. We completely understand the need for staff to have their lunch break, but perhaps a rotating attendant could cover during that time? What we found a bit puzzling is that even parents aren't allowed to stay and play with their own children in the Kids Club during that break. We promise we wouldn’t bring the place down or cause any serious damage—we’d just love to spend a little creative time in that lovely space with our child. :)

An incredible 5 star stay at the Devasom resort. Our two bed beach villa was magical. The beds and pillows were unbelievably comfortable. I miss them still. Waking up with the view of the sea right on the beach was something else. We booked the stay to recharge the batteries and it’s exactly what we got! The staff were so dedicated to making our family stay as wonderful as possible, and we are very thankful for that. Special mentions to Max and Nikki. The kids club was a really great space for the kids to play and massive bonus right opposite a fantastic gym so I could get a workout in whilst my daughter played. The restaurants were exemplary. The swimming pool incredible. My daughter and I had such fun just swimming, exploring on the beach and eating pizza and drinking fruit shakes by the pool. Nothing

The property is small (compared to other resorts we have stayed at) and thus creates a calm, laid back atmosphere. The kids club was fantastic, our two boys (3 and 1) had a fantastic time there. Our sky villa was incredible, with an amazing view of the ocean. I loved how the property is located right on the beach so we could take a walk along the sand every day.

The downside of being small is that there are only two restaurants to choose from. So if you like a wide variety this may not be the place for you.

The food quality is generally good. The breakfast area does not have a good view. The hotel should be located in a spot with a sea view. The hot water system for bathing and soaking in the tub is excellent.

The air conditioning system should make it look more luxurious, worthy of a five-star hotel. In the shower area, the clear glass separating the zones looks quite luxurious. However, due to its transparency, there is a risk of walking into it, causing accidents and injuries. If there were a logo or decorative pattern on the glass, it would be safer.

It’s not too big, which makes it feel a bit more cosy than other big resorts. The location on the beach and the dinner show were a plus! The food in the Thai restaurant was exquisite and the massage treatments at the spa were a dream! Staff also very nice/attentive

The breakfast was a bit of a mixed bag for us. We loved the delicious local fruits and they had some pretty good Asian options. But the focus was more on continental type breakfast, which also wasn’t really up to 5 star resort standard. But we still enjoyed it as me mostly stuck to Thai/local options!

We fell in love with the resort. One of our best stays we ever had. There is something for everbody. The resort is secluded, which we liked, however if you would like to explore the area, you can easlily rent a motorbike or take a free bike from the hotel. Both restaurants in the resort are exceptional (of course on the higher price range, but justicied). Rooms are cozy, modern and spotless clean. Additionally, you get as much drinking water as you like for free. Above from all that, the staff is super friendly and will do everything for you. Our stay was just perfect and for a resort of this caliber, the little details matter, which they nailed in our opinion.
