- The reception lady (Vladimyra was her name if I'm not mistaken) was very nice, always willing to help us and with a smile on her face. - The check-in was fast and smooth - very smart the e-check in option. - The breakfast was AMAZING. Big variety even 30 minutes before the end, nice place, nice utensils (loved the set of serving pots). - The room(suite) was spacious enough. Loved the 2 toilets, very convenient. - Loved the option of smile bonus card in the room where if you feel like, you can write on it the name of the hotel employee with which you were satisfied and drop it at the box in the reception on your check-out. - It was a 30 minutes ride(by car) from Cesky Krumlov and 10-minutes ride(by car) from Hluboka nad Vltavou.

- The restaurant was not operating during our stay. We would have loved that option especially on the evening that we arrived. We didn't find any nice dining option in the town. - The light in the living room of the suite could have been a bit more powerful. It was very dim. - I would have preferred a shower instead of a bath tub but that's really of minor importance - The hotel is within walking distance from the center but the area around it, it's not as appealing as the interior of the hotel. Again nothing to do with the hotel property as except from the historic center of the city, the rest of the city is not as nice.

Thank you for a wonderfull stay, the staff here is so courtious and helpfull, the room is very spacious, we stayed in a suite, 16th floor, great view, beds very comfortable, room very clean, air condition was not as cold as I would like, but personally I'm very hot, but the staff really tried thier best to help in any way possible, I really appreciate this, excellent breakfast, will definately recommend this hotel, thank you for a great stay 🌺

Would like the air condition a bit colder, but that's just me, for my husband it was fine.

The room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and impeccably clean, with stunning views that made our morning even more special. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a delightful experience, and the staff was attentive without being intrusive. Overall, the hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. We left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect corner room on the 16th floor with a stunning view, so we loved the panorama! On foot, the city center is about 15 minutes walk. Breakfast was outstanding with many choices. Parking was included, big open -air parking place only for guests. A big plus: hotel is dog-friendly, so we could bring our poodle.

Upon check-in we were told that 2 nights for the dog should cost more than 1000 CZK. Fortunately we did not have to pay that day. Later I've checked the previous communication with the hotel where they confirmed that dog price is 250 CZK/night only.. but upon checking out another person was at the reception and he counted only 500 CZK for the dog for 2 nights. I hope that this was just an admin failure from the receptionist on arrival. Breakfast offered less choices on a working day, during the weekend it was outstanding.

It is a modern hotel walking distance to the center of this beautiful city. Very clean. Rooms were a bit small but very comfortable. Shower pressure could use a little top up. Amazing breakfast and great bar in the ground floor. Personnel was very helpful. Great sound insulation from the surroundings. Good bedding.

Room size could be a bit bigger

The room is small but new, clean and comfortable. From our window, we could enjoy great view of the city. Good breakfast, tasty food and quite a lot of choice. The location is very good, not far away from the beautiful old town centre. Friendly workers. Free parking. Coffee and tea inside the room.

The room we got is different from the pictures showed as we booked. We booked a room with 3 windows included a window inside the bathroom but we got a room with only one window. The room is too hot for sleep, we had to sleep with open window and it was very noisy. Bathroom is very small and it was very hot when we had a bath. We stayed 3 nights but the breakfast is same for everyday, not much change. Room service is bad, on the 2nd day our beds were not arranged at all, bathroom also dirty with hair inside the bathtub and on the floor, a bottle of water also not refilled. The kettle is too small. The minibar is empty and warm. It doesn't feel like a 4 stars hotel.

Great location, very good breakfast, large car park.

A couple of years ago, the parking was free. Now I had to pay 350czk daily. The rooms aren't soundproof, although the hotel is very new.

Perfect location, the only tall building in the neighbourhood with the exciting panoramic view in the centre of city. Cozy & clean room, perfect breakfast, 24x7 reception and restaurant open until late evening.

Parking for an extra charge (>= 10 EUR) which is quite surprising because city is not so big and doesn't really seem to be overloaded by cars. Plus, the parking was barely loaded during our stay - around 1/3.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of parking onsite, good location not too far from the highway

Would've been nice to have rooms close to each other but it ultimately wasn't a big deal.

The good location, 5-6min walk to the center. Very good breakfast. Public transportation 2 min walk, shopping center very near by ; 4-5 min walk

The hotel should place the information how to get to them by bus or tram from the bus and the train stations. That will help people a lot.
