Here's an improved version of the review: Our experience was truly memorable! From the moment we were picked up by a gentleman in a stylish suit, everything felt effortlessly classy. The ride to the motel was smooth, and upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink—a delightful start that perfectly complemented the stunning architecture. The food was exceptional, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavour. The wait staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and eager to make our experience enjoyable. Their warm personalities and professionalism truly stood out. However, there were a few hiccups. The general manager seemed a bit disorganized, asking me the same question twice within 20 minutes and making a few errors during dinner service. While this didn’t overshadow the overall experience, it was noticeable. Special thanks to Anna, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to excellent service made a lasting impression. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning soon!

The general manager and another driver taking back to the train station just wore casual clothes and was a bit rude.

Everything’s perfect - you truly feel yourself as a Royal couple visiting your private castle! The hotel is located in a quiet green area a bit outside Marienbad, next to a cable car and a miniature park. The building has a long and interesting history from the Austro-Hungarian Empire times, perfectly renovated and well-maintained. A tailor-made approach provided to every guest - starting from the General manager to the bellboy. Excellent service and food quality during the breakfasts and dinners, fresh juices and champagne. Special gratitude to Frau Olena at the restaurant - a friendly and extremely attentive and helpful lady. Comfortable sauna area (though for extra payment). We will definitely come back!

Wonderful fairy tale castle located on top of a hill, close to the Krakonos ski station, surrounded by beautiful woods and just a few minutes drive from Marianske Lazne. The building is beautiful and offers a very romantic atmosphere. Our room was huge, quiet as requested & facing the ski track, and offered all the best amenities (spacious bath room, separate room, and a Balneo shower). I personally loved the antic decoration and the comfort of the beds, that was ideal to sleep & relax. The staff made everything they could do make our stay fantastic and we actually did enjoy every minute there. We were quite happy to have chosen a place close enough to the city but not in the middle of the touristic turmoil so we could enjoy a relaxing vacation. So we recommend this place !

Probably coordination between team members, and maybe extend slightly the choice for the breakfast buffet but I'm picky ;-)

Very nice authentic hotel looks like an old castle inside and out , all green around. Quiet ,clean, excellent breakfast. The staff are very polite, helping with smile.

The food and menu in restaurant may be better.

Came at the night. Was little scary but when you come inside you are like. Get inside a old story And become loved in the place amazing story about that place.

I think that they should light the out side of the castle in the night it can be amazing

Everything was perfect

This was an absolutely picturesque location at the top of Marianske Lazne with easy access to the bohemian forest. The staff was extremely attentive and gracious and provided lots of recommendations for scenic drives and hikes in the area. The property is absolutely lovely and well maintained.

The service was personal and exceptional. An undiscovered gem, at least for Americans.
