Nice hotel, clean and a nice rooftop bar with excellent service. Also at the reception the people were very friendly and helpful. The parking possibility was perfect with big places for the car. I will book this hotel again when I am in CB.

The breakfast was sufficient. Typical Czech bread only. And the gluten free bread (what was requested and confirmed by the hotel) was not available. Unfortunately the girls at breakfast were not able to replenish everything regularly. Too many guests with too little support. But on request something was arranged immediately.

Although the place was really nice, there are two things I had a problem with. As I didnt want to park on the street I soecifically looked for places with parking, but when we arrived they told us that the parking lot was full, so I still had to park on the street. Also the plase is called a Spa Hotel, even though it doesnt actually have any spa facilities itself. The Orient Spa is right next door, but you still have to pay full price, which for my taste was very expensive.

There is no electric kettle. I suppose adding one might require some effort due to the old infrastructure. But at least the hotel could have a coffee/tea corner instead of offering guests a glass of hot water for 1 euro in the restaurant.

The rooms were very clean with the big joining balcony. The staff were very friendly. We were able to leave the car in the garage before check-in, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also good. The room had a safe, we didn't need one but maybe someone will find it helpful. The location is great, 5 min walk from the centre. Thank you for everything.

Positioning and price were both great, staff were friendly and buffet breakfast was fantastic.

The room we stayed in needs maintenance, There was water damage in the ceiling, the sides of the mattress needs a massive clean, Looks to have been missed. The room was very hot, Looks like the room only had a floor fan, If there was also air-conditioning we couldn't find the controls for it.

Another stay at the hotel. Very nice staff, comfortable bed. Unfortunately, breakfast spoiled, hot dishes were not warm, they quickly ran out. Tables after previous breakfast customers not cleared, because there were too many people at the same time - large tours. Parking on the street right next to the hotel.

We were here for the 2nd time. For us a perfect hotel with good service and a parking possibility. We had a slightly smaller room than a month ago, but that was fine for us. The room bathroom etc are clean. And the staff very friendly.

Breakfast is OK, but there should be a bit more types of bread available, not just typical Czech bread. Coffee is not good at all. Maybe use better quality beans?

We LOVED it!!! Cozy, luxury, fresh full breakfast, kind receptionist looked at our overtired faces and surprised us with better room that we’ve ordered! Wide balcony, complimentary water, The Best double bed we’ve slept in 10 last days! Clean🤍 Parking on the street was also perfect option for us.

Very good location. Near old city centre, near shopping mall, near city bus connections. Nice terrace view. Very comfortable room and fabulous breakfast!
