We booked the sea view room on the left side, looking to the beach in the second level. Normally our room was up for a maintenance, but the manager shifted this maintenance so that we were able to use this room. The overall condition of the hotel is modern, since it has been renovated not long ago. The bar in the beachfront is clean, well organised and serve delicious food and cocktails. The breakfast is also served at the beachfront bar/restaruant. The pool in the court of the hotel was clean all the time and the water has been quite cool even with 34°C outside temperature. The manager Banu has been nice and friendly to us, we had a personal chat with her, greetings to you from Kim and Nicolai :-)

The floor over the beachfront bar is not really in use, maybe the hotel can arrange a lounge here or something else, since the view here is really nice. The cleaning cars have been on the floors all day long, maybe the cleaning staff can park them in a separate area after cleaning. The airconditioning should be cleaned once in a while, the filter has been a bit dusty and it was quiete old. Some of the receptionists can be a bit more service orientated, since we need to say something until they reacted to us.

The hotel is top! You are only a few steps away from the hotel's own beach. The hotel staff are very friendly and courteous and were always very competent when we had questions. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. The room was great and clean! I can only recommend the hotel!

In the evening it was extremely loud due to the neighboring hotels and the busy shopping street, but this is normal in such a place. The staff on the beach and at the cafe could be a bit friendlier. We were mostly ignored and had to wait a very long time to place an order.

Beach and restaurant - everything was perfect, food and service and beach closeness. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a beach relax type of rest

It was all good, however we had a couple of minor issues with the room, which were fixed immediately by the staff when we pointed it out.

There’s directly entrance to the beach. And close to the city centre and shops

It’s written only adults. But some times there was loud noise of kids.

The hotel is really good. I really appreciated the staff and personal. They are really nice, kind and qualified, always ready to help. I really enjoyed my stay, also because the hotel is direct on the beach. Really, really good. I'll be back for sure!

The WiFi is not the best one i've had in Hotels in Turkey.

location is top!!!Only one hotel close to cleopatra beach. restaurant called bliss beach is prime. Some reviews sign smell problem but when I was there hotel management put ventilation system on the roof to solve it.They succeded They asked all rooms to check smell . Breakfast is super varied I sometimes don’t understand people what they our expect...

Noisy neighbours, but not their fault
